Very bad experience this last stay; first of all there was no soap in the bathrroom, the tv set is very complicated to operate with two different remote controls and the second day the door lock failed and did not work, went back to the front desk 3 times and did not work then somebody from the front desk came to try to open it and did not work until 2 technicians came and took them half an hour to open it, finally the gave me a different room.

In general, was good, but the hotel must improve the conditions of the Gym, i was there and it was not enough clean and didn't have towels.

The hotel is amazing! The only areas for improvement would be better sound insulation and providing more complimentary water, considering the price.
