Our first stay at Adagio Doha was deeply disappointing and fell far short of being family-friendly. Our issues began before we even arrived—booking via WhatsApp took four agonizing hours due to extremely slow responses, and the reservation was still booked incorrectly. Upon heading to the pool area, we were told that children under two years old are strictly forbidden from entering the swimming pool, even with direct parental supervision. Staff claimed this rule is listed on their website, but we cannot find it anywhere online, nor were we informed prior to or during check-in. To make matters worse, despite requesting a non-smoking room for our infant and toddler, we were assigned a room that strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with young children, and we will not be returning.

In general, I am, as always, very satisfied with my stay at Adagio, where I have been living since January. My stay has been made especially pleasant thanks to the extraordinary service provided by the housekeeping team. Lwin has been taking excellent care of my room, keeping it clean and in perfect condition. He is very kind, professional, and attentive, and I truly appreciate his efforts. However, I am still experiencing an ongoing inconvenience regarding the security check of my personal bag every time I enter the hotel. As a long-term guest who has been staying at the hotel for many months and is well known to the staff, I find it difficult to understand why I am still required to put my bag through the bag scanner every single time I return to the hotel. It is a small personal bag containing only my laptop, and every day when I return from work, I have to go through the same procedure. I completely understand the importance of security procedures and the need to check the belongings of new coming guests to the hotel, at the moment of the check-in. However, for a long-term resident who has been staying at the hotel month after month, this repeated procedure feels unnecessary and inconvenient. As I mentioned in my previous review, guests who arrive by car and use the underground parking do not have to go through the same security procedure. They can simply take the elevator directly to their floors. If the bag check is truly a mandatory security requirement, then the same procedure should apply to all guests, regardless of whether they enter the hotel by taxi (in my case) or through the parking area. Otherwise, it simply does not make any sense and makes me feel that the security staff are blindly following instructions without applying any basic logic. They seem to be checking the bag simply because they have been told to do so, without considering that I am a long-term guest who has been living at the hotel for months, is known by the staff, and returns to the hotel every day with the same small personal bag. I would really appreciate it if hotel management could review this matter and discuss it with the security team. A short meeting or clarification with the security staff would be very helpful to ensure that security procedures are applied reasonably and appropriately to different types of guests.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Adagio Doha, from the day we arrived until check-out. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team up to the staff at the hotel. The hotel always smelled pleasant, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was particularly impressive—clean, large, and well maintained. I must say that the hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, yet the quality of the rooms, services, and facilities is exceptional. We also really liked the layout of the room, and having a well-equipped kitchen was very useful during our stay. A special mention to all the staff at the restaurant. They are all attentive, checking if you need anything and you will always see a smile on their face. The food was very good, and we loved that the selections were always changing. We tried both the breakfast and the Friday Brunch. The breakfast was honestly one of the highlights of our stay—definitely a 10+! The Friday Brunch was also exceptional. You will not expect it for the price you paid. Kudos to the chef and resto staff. What impressed us most was that despite the reasonable price, the quality was never compromised. From the rooms and facilities to the service and food, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Adagio Doha. We look forward to staying here again. Definitely coming back

Surprised as the stay wasnt comfortable at all this time. I was in the 4th floor and i was annoyed by the floor up, always moving stuff, noice,…. Not confortabile at all

Adagio Doha is wonderful value -I am a frequent long stay guest - for the great location, friendly hospitality very responsive services. courteous smiling staff and clean spacious rooms. The floor Housekeeping staff are always helpful with requests. 5 stars for all aspects. Dear Adagio Team, As always, my overall experience at Adagio has been very pleasant, and I would like to take this opportunity to share my appreciation for the team and the excellent service I continue to receive as a long-term guest. I would especially like to thank Lwin from Housekeeping. He is incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, and professional. His service is always exceptional. He keeps my room perfectly clean and is always willing to help whenever I need anything. His dedication and positive attitude truly make a difference. I would also like to recognize Ahmed and Ksenia from the Front Desk. They consistently provide outstanding service and are always kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their positive energy and willingness to assist make every interaction a pleasant one. As a long-term guest, I also greatly appreciate all the facilities the hotel offers, including the gym, pool, and restaurant. The quality, cleanliness, and service throughout the hotel are consistently excellent, and I genuinely appreciate the effort the entire team puts into maintaining such high standards. That said, there are two issues that have made me feel uncomfortable and that I would sincerely appreciate the management reconsidering: 1. Security checks at the main entrance I am currently being asked to go through the security machine every single time I return from work or when I simply go out to buy groceries. I usually carry my personal bag and laptop, and having to go through this procedure every time I enter the hotel has become quite uncomfortable. I completely understand and support appropriate security procedures for new guests during check-in. However, as a long-term resident of the hotel, I find it difficult to understand why I am required to undergo the same screening every time I return, simply because I use taxis and enter through the main entrance. Guests who have cars and use the underground parking do not appear to go through the same procedure, which makes the situation feel not logical at all. It just doesn't make any sense. I have already raised this concern with the Front Desk management, but unfortunately, I was informed that nothing could be changed. I would really appreciate it if the management could reconsider this policy for long-term guests and perhaps find a more practical solution that maintains security while also taking into account guests who are staying at the hotel for an extended period. 2. Elevator performance The elevators have also been working very slowly and frequently seem to miss floors. For example, when I am waiting on my floor, I often see an elevator pass my floor and continue to higher floors, then come back down and pass my floor again before eventually going to the ground floor. On some occasions, both elevators behave in the same way, resulting in a very long wait before one finally stops at my floor. I would suggest having the elevators checked by maintenance, as this seems to be an ongoing issue and significantly affects the daily experience of residents. To conclude, Adagio has truly become my second home. I genuinely love staying here, and I have a great appreciation for the hotel and its wonderful team. The vast majority of my experiences have been excellent, and I believe the staff consistently do an extraordinary job. Thank you once again for all your hard work, hospitality, and continued support. I hope the points above can be taken into consideration, as I would love to continue enjoying Adagio as my home for a long time to come.

The bathroom floor in my room was swollen, so I coukd not open the door. Carpet in a corridor was old and smelly. Noisy neighbours was the biggest problem so I asked for another room.

Overall, I had A. pleasant stay, the accommodation was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. However, the check-in procedure could be improved. Although the staff maintained professionalism, the arrival felt somewhat clinical and transactional. Incorporating A. warmer welcome would make guests feel more invited.
