We stayed for 8 days. We book a apartment room with sofa bed. Room was spacious. It was clean when we enter the unit. Few bad things I can write: 1. The kitchen was not equip with basic necessities. No frying pan. All was casserole. We request and the front office mentioned they will check with house keeping. But until our end of stay. Nobody get back to inform us if they got or not. In the end we use one Teflon worn casserole to do simple frying. Simple information like if they have or don't have make a big different on the expectation. 2. We only have 1 fork. So we end up using cutlery from food delivery. 3. The garbage bin they provided is too small. Its like they forcing you to avoid using the bin. The kitchen bin is too small. Comparing to other hotel, since it got kitchen they got proper bin to use. In the end, we use the grocery bag we had to put our garbage or waste item in the kitchen. 4. The toilet ceiling was leaking. From the shower ceiling to the toilet bowl. To the point the tissue are even wet. The concern here is that leaked water from toilet water, sewage leak or just normal water. We saw the spare tissue was stained and colored brown. 5. The sink drainage is so bad. The smell leeching from the drainage is like literal stuck water from the drain. We got the toilet from the main bedroom and toilet outside the bedroom, some period of the day the smell was so bad. 6.the cable or it's probably local channel was so limited. I can't watch any decent channel. It's all Arabic and I think meant for middle east region.
