My experience at the Adagio has been excellent. The staff here is always very welcoming and professional, from reception, to security/concierge and housekeeping. Special thanks to Lewin from housekeeping who keeps my apartment spotless.

Whrn I checked in I was told the hotel had been quiet. However, the following day when I requested a late checkout, I was told the hotel was “full” and my request was refused. As an Accor Diamond member, this was particularly frustrating, as late checkout is a benefit I’ve consistently been accommodated with at other Accor properties. I was really upset with the the service. When I mentioned that I’ve never had this issue at hotels such as Alwadi Hotel Doha (MGallery), Pullman, and Swissotel, I was met with the response: “Why did you choose to stay here?” this felt dismissive and unprofessional. Price should never dictate the level of courtesy, honesty, or customer service a guest receives. To make matters worse, there was a flashing light from the alarm system in the room throughout the night. I got be around midnight and chose not to report it because i didnt want the hassle of workers in my room for one night trying to sort it out, but it significantly impacted my sleep and overall comfort. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I expect, especially as a loyal Accor customer. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service quality and guest experience.
