I am very dissatisfied with my stay. The check-in process was delayed, which was frustrating. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was placed on a smoking floor in a smoking room. This completely ruined the experience for me and my family during our three-day stay. The smoking smell was unbearable, and all of our clothes absorbed the odor. This was unacceptable and made the stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.
