Warm and friendly front desk, who allowed me an early check-in with no charge. However, the shower head in the room is not user friendly and it would have been better if there is a wider range of food selection for breakfast. The food is pretty much the same everyday.

Overall, our experience was excellent. The hospitality was superb, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. I also accidentally left my daughter's jacket at the hotel and only realized it the next day after returning to our country. The staff responded very quickly and kindly kept the jacket safe for us. Their prompt assistance and professionalism were truly appreciated. We are very grateful for the outstanding service and care provided.
