I requested the invoice while checking out and was informed that it would be sent by email, I got in contact 2 times already with the reservation team and one week later I still haven't received it. I don't have even words to express how frustrating this is since I need this document to get the reimbursement from my company, despite the fact that it's ilegal by law in Brazil to fail to provide the invoice. Definitely a terrible hotel for business events due to the lack of organization.

Very brief stay to shower and get changed after a long international flight. Unfortunately, I never received my hotel bill via email as promised. Also, I had no hot water for my shower. Lastly, the dining room was not open when I was there between 10 and 12. The price was very high for what I needed.

Staff could be better trained to improve experience. In the check-in I did not get any upgrade with the gold member status. (that's ok, I know that if is available). I've noticed that some other guests got upgraded. The zipline employee asked to the children to get out of the line to be checked. After they came another person came and said that their children were about to go to the zipline, employee just let them go. That got us really annoyed (bad training). We asked for late check-out availability and the person answered that was not available before checking availability and membership then said it was available (more bad training). The stay could be better. Situations could be better handled. Not planning to come back.
