The room was very dark because it didn't have enough lights to brighten it, and the mirror light wasn't working.

After spending a week in a hotel in Curitiba that was 1/3 of the cost with more amenities, I thought the room at Ibis budget would be better. The room was tiny, I felt like I was in a shoebox and the floor smelt like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. The staff was nice and the common areas were good but to me there is no value paying that type of money for that small room. Not really a budget experience at all.

I asked for a blow dryer and the lady told me I had to go and grab it , I asked if they could drop at my door she said no cuz I had to sign a form lol . Very inconvenient but I went and she didn’t even look at me and I didn’t have to sign anything
