Rooms are very tiny. Reservation made for a couple and a child, no accommodation was made for the child, no linen, no towels…. It took 3 days of my constant reminding them about third person to start placing additional towels and linen. No toiletries provided and staff response it was you should read the fine print. Awful experience

The bathroom was always very clean but the bedroom had some details when it comes to cleaning. It is a very cozy place to rest due to silence and quality of the accessories in the room. The breakfast is just perfect, very complete and with good quality food. The employees are awesome, everyone is very kind and hardworking.
