My experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the conduct of one staff member, Pedro Augusto. During my interaction, I felt I was treated with disrespect and received noticeably poor service. The employee’s demeanor made me feel unwelcome, and the situation left me very uncomfortable. I was particularly disturbed by behavior that I perceived as inappropriate and deeply concerning. Rather than speculate about the employee’s intentions, I encourage hotel management to review the incident and ensure that all guests are treated with professionalism and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training and oversight to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
