Well located hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, nice and spacious rooms. Only two negative points: only one 20W socket, and the Bathroom: specially the shower which couldn't be fixed, and kept falling during the bath, also missed some amenities like tissues and cotton buds.

The hotel location is very convenient. The breakfast staff is excellent: friendly, efficient, and helpful. The only recommendation is that the check in process is unusually long. It is much better now but still longer than usual ( compared with Marriott). Nevertheless, still very nice.

The hotel feels very modern and fresh. My room was very good. Plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffe includes everything you could need. Restaurant and bar is also very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Been in Mercure Itajai a couple of times now, check in process always difficult, specially for a recurrent customer. Also, WiFi always hard to login and speed too low. Had to use personal internet data for business purpose. To add on top of it, celular signal is the worst within the property. Due to that WiFi service should be exceptionally good

My experience was nice, but the pool and gym were closed to repairs and I didn´t knew, I really want to use.

Minha hospedagem foi muito boa! Apenas gostaria de fazer um comentário sobre o restaurante: notei que a qualidade da comida caiu um pouco. Além de estar com um preço elevado, a refeição estava sem sabor, com pouco sal, e o molho de tomate apresentava um leve sabor azedo. O prato pedido para o meu filho acabou ficando praticamente intacto, pois ele não conseguiu comer. Fora isso, o hotel continua excelente! O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, os manobristas também são muito atenciosos. Sempre me hospedo com vocês e pretendo continuar, apenas recomendo mais atenção com o restaurante.
