From love to hate for the hotel

Upon my arrival at the hotel, my experience was magical. The new structure, a great architecture. However, I faced several issues while hosting. First, upon arrival, my reservation was wrong, with two single beds, and I asked for a double bed, and the receptionist insisted that was it and could do nothing. I had to struggle to make him simply change the type of bed in the room. I asked for iron on the first day of the night and the receptionist said that the night could not do anything unwilling and that it was easier in the morning when all operations were there. Well, in the morning I called the front desk and asked for the iron, they said they couldn't get it at that moment and that I had to get the iron, I went there and did it. The shower had a very fluctuating temperature, giving unique hot and cold jets. But all of this would be alleviated if it wasn't for this last problem. I went to work, this reservation was made by the company with In on 01/01 and Out on 05/01, but as I spent two days in a row (03-04 / 01) I bought another daily on 02/01 to out on 06/01 and went to reception to align the whole continuity so you don't have to wake up, check in and check in again, because you had arrived from work at 4 am on 5/01. But all this care I had was for NOTHING. They called in my room with an alarm clock at 8 am which I DIDN'T ORDER. They called TWICE saying it was time to check out and the receptionist BEGINNING the fact that I had not aligned anything down there. In addition to the phone ringing and stopping sometimes. Finally, the cleaning comes into the room talking about checking out for the fourth time, since I asked for continuity, I simply dismissed her. In short, as I couldn't rest after 48 hours of work and arrived at four in the morning, I went to the front desk to talk to Andrea, the hotel manager. At that moment she apologized, offered me complimentary room and a late checkout. I accepted, but upon checking out the complimentary room, she couldn't and had to pay to bother me more than five times, and I was paying because I just wanted to rest. Very frustrating the experience of this hotel that could be amazing, but for the lack of attention and the horrible service of this hotel, I intend not to return and recommend that my company terminate the deal with the network.

The building is beautiful. The room and the bathroom are comfortable, practical and modern decorated. The breakfast is diverse, with good juices, fruits and breads. But they offered tapioca that wasn’t well made.

the hotel is brand new, everything is pretty good. pet friendly, this is the best part. we always travel in Brazil with our dog as our daughter. people who works there is very nice. but, i think better hire more people, the reception is always busy because there is only one or 2 on duty. however, i can understand since it´s a brand new hotel, i believe it will be much better in the future. love the stays.

Brand-new hotel, staff very polite and sympathetic. The view from the room was fabulous! We could see the harbour and the ships movement. My wife could not take out her eyes form the window... Inside, heated pool gave us some relaxing time. Jacuzzi, extra relaxing! Spacious room, very comfortable king size bed. And the breakfast! Delicious breakfast, lots of options, fruits and fruit juices.
