It bad nor good just reasonable nothing too bold but for being charged nearly 300 BRL not as good as expected. Mattress and cushions too smooth not my favorite thing didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was good with a range of various foods. I didn’t like serving myself at the buffet without gloves it seems nobody gives a damn anymore about what public hygiene actually meant way back when as we lived in the time of pandemic and precautions. That’s it

I had problems with an additional bed included on my room, I requested to remove it twice and the request was not done, the fire alarm rang during night and there was no feedback why and which reason and why the alarm rang for so long time

Very basic and good option for short stay. The heating was not functioning in the room and that was an inconvenient.

The hotel itself is good, the problem for me was bad, the lack of a meal at the hotel. Although the breakfast was excellent. I'm someone who doesn't usually leave the hotel when I'm traveling for work, and a meal service (dinner, for example) would help me a lot with food.

The hotel is okey, but not great. The location was pretty good, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are basic but clean. The breakfast was good. The walls are very thin and the rooms towards the street were pretty noisy. The staff was nice but not everybody speaks English.
