problems with the keys , I had to visit the reception eight times to fix the keys in for days. garage has a cronic problem , had to solve

The location is unbeatable with a fantastic sea view. We also really appreciated the convenience of having beach towels provided by the hotel. The breakfast was disappointing; the selection felt standard and lacked the quality I expect from the Mercure brand. Additionally, the elevators were a major issue—often out of service or moving extremely slowly. We also noted a lack of basic amenities in the room, specifically hot water, cups, and a coffee machine.
