Requested a queen bed + single bed, and received room with 1 king bed. Luckily, the 3rd person in our booking was our 6yo son who fit in our king-size bed to sleep with us, so it was not a huge issue, but I had to request a 3rd bath towel as the room was set up for only 2 people and was not the cleanest... there was long, dark hair scattered all over the room and especially in the bathroom, along with a few other things lacking cleaning that I have pictures of and can share but do not see where to attach on this form.

Staff was nice, but the key cards would deactivate daily sometimes more than once a day. The rooms smelled musty.

There is a very noisy construction site next to the pool. Future guests should be informed about this and it should be mentioned on the website. Restaurant and Pool Bar are operated by a third party and it is not possible to sign restaurant bills to the guestroom.

My reservation was done wrongly. They had us on a room with a double bed and it was completely unnecessary and also it was offered me over the phone a upgrade which we agree on it, and for our surprise when we did the check in they didn't have done the upgrade at all and said they didn't have any information about it.
