It was nice but I would prefer that some of the employees speak spanish in order to give the foreign clients a more clear information. For another hand, I think it was very unconfortable that you don't have iron in each room and we have to go to the coco baby's room for iron the clothes. That was very weird. And the decoration of the rooms is really boring. However, the buffet for the breakfast was fine.

Requested a queen bed + single bed, and received room with 1 king bed. Luckily, the 3rd person in our booking was our 6yo son who fit in our king-size bed to sleep with us, so it was not a huge issue, but I had to request a 3rd bath towel as the room was set up for only 2 people and was not the cleanest... there was long, dark hair scattered all over the room and especially in the bathroom, along with a few other things lacking cleaning that I have pictures of and can share but do not see where to attach on this form.
