There is a very noisy construction site next to the pool. Future guests should be informed about this and it should be mentioned on the website. Restaurant and Pool Bar are operated by a third party and it is not possible to sign restaurant bills to the guestroom.

My reservation was done wrongly. They had us on a room with a double bed and it was completely unnecessary and also it was offered me over the phone a upgrade which we agree on it, and for our surprise when we did the check in they didn't have done the upgrade at all and said they didn't have any information about it.

We stay one day and one night with the toilets broke. It was fix the next day in the morning after I contacted the reception again. I requested to check out one hour later and even with what happened the answer was no. The staff didn’t even try to request it or consider what we went through.

The best option in Balneário Camboriú is the Mercure. We have stayed at the Mercure for many years. Great location. The basic standard of a Mercure does not disappoint during our stay. Only during peak season does the hotel get crowded and the services become slower.
