Not a 4-star Hotel

It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but they served hot coffee for room service on a plastic cup. The airconditioning the room is leaking water, the refrigerator doesnt get cold. The room in general is old and small. Location wise, it's on a very crowded area. The view from our room was ugly. I wont go back and pay R$1000/day on this hotel. I took it over AirBnb because it's a 4 star hotel but it's not close to being 4-star. ***** Era para ser um hotel 4 estrelas, mas serviram café quente no serviço de quarto em um copo de plástico. O ar-condicionado do quarto estava vazando água, a geladeira não gelava. O quarto, no geral, era antigo e pequeno. Em termos de localização, fica em uma área muito movimentada. A vista do nosso quarto era feia. Não voltarei e não pagarei R$1000 por dia neste hotel. Escolhi pelo Airbnb porque era anunciado como um hotel 4 estrelas, mas está longe de ser 4 estrelas.
