Acredito que no domingo foi um contra tempo não habitual para o hotel. Nos demais dias ocorreram tudo perfeito. Apenas no último dia da nossa estadia no domingo o restaurante não se preparou para a quantidade de hóspedes e criou um fila muito grande onde faltavam mesas e a reposição de alimentos ficou precária no período das 8h às 9h30. Conseguimos nos alimentar e se acomodar nas mesas após 20 minutos de espera.

O hotel está em obras a mais de um mês, com apenas dois elevadores funcionando e um restaurante que não comporta tantos hóspedes, estava participando de um congresso e domingo para não perder tive sair sem tomar café pois tinha muita gente e o restaurante não está preparado para atender isso gerou muita fila tanto no restaurante com nos elevadores, acho que por ser um hotel de nome poderia ter agilizado essa reforma para melhor atender os clientes.

Bom dia, Sra. Celia! Nosso restaurante e lobby está passando por uma reforma para melhoria do nosso serviço pensando justamente em nossos clientes. Tivemos alguns dias com filas no café devido a limitação do espaço que estamos operando neste momento, mas no mês que vem teremos um restaurante novo para atender nossos clientes da maneira que merecem. Esperamos que nos dê outro voto de confiança em sua próxima vinda a Itajaí para revertemos esta impressão que ficou.

Estava com um grupo d. 17 pessoas, e já no checkin não prestaram o atendimento necessário, apesar d. eu entrar antes e informar que era um grupo grande não houve a iniciativa d. chamar mais pessoas pra atender. O ar condicionado do quarto 361 não estava aquecendo, depois o chuveiro do quarto não fornecia água quente (minha hospedagem foi em dias muito frios 6° a 8°) e apesar d. reclamar na recepção não houve melhora. E no café da manhã acabou o café e demorou 10 minutos para trazer uma garrafa abastecida. São detalhes que prejudicam a estadia e o conforto. Outras pessoas do grupo também passaram por estas situações.
