It was fine. Was expecting much more. Food from restaurant was BAD, Gym had old and broken equipment (not possible to use), only one ironing location. My first room smelled like crap and AC did not work. I was forced to change rooms.

Gym equipment was broken. Bathroom got flooded during shower even though the shower room door was closed. Some gallway lamps on my floor were not working. Overall, not a good impression.

1. Bad odour in foyer. 2. Bathroom shower in poor condition and bad pressure. 3. Children’s bed, was not a bed, it was a couch with sheets, very uncomfortable. 4. Pool was dirty, with material floating in it, pool area had temporarily repairs that looked very old 5. Gym equipment was broken and not clean.

I had a great stay at this Novotel property. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable mattress and soft bedding, clean bathroom as well. Also, the food at the restaurant was excellent (the pumpkin soup was delicious!).
