The staff is great during the day, but terrible in the evening - they serve beer, which they pour from different glasses and wipe them with a table cloth - disgusting and unhygienic, and they are also very rude.

Everything was outstanding. The staffed helped me find a good restaurant near by. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all the items were fresh and cooked perfectly. Walking distance to major attractions and transportation. Very clean.

I guess you should train your receptionists in the way of be polite to the guests. Sunday my room not cleaned and i just went to the reception to explain, amazingly rude gentleman accept mu complain and replied in rude way , such as ı am not cleaining your room, look nothing to do are you turkish etc, purpose was vacation so i didnt pay attention to the any one who thinks he rule the world. Personally ı been in sixt continent but ı never face a situation lile this. I will not visit any of your hotels and ı share my experience with my friends who travel abroad constantly.

I am disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of your receptionist during my recent stay at Ibis Wien city on my arrival date 24th Feb 2025. He was condescending, visibly irritated when we asked about breakfast, and responded rudely. Later, when I had an issue with my key, he was dismissive and gave unclear instructions, switching to Arabic despite me speaking English. This experience made me feel unwelcome. I hope you address this to ensure better service for future guests
