We staied ther for only one night. The overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and ther eto help with anything. The only complaint is that there was only one elevator, and sometimes it took a lot to get to our floor.

Really nothing in the area, local area, by train stations though so you can get around easily but 10 euro for day pass. no kettle in room, no fridge, no coffee, sometimes had water do not get breakfast not worth $15 euro at all it's basically powdered eggs, some bacon and bread.

The hotel was perfectly situated, within easy walking distance to the public transport system. The breakfast had a superb selection, and pleasant service. Although the staff were very reserved, they very sincere and extremely helpful. For those needing to work, it had the best and most spacious desk facility, very spacious. I was at ibis Wien City for five nights, and I would classify different aspects as: - Positive: good room and good bathroom, good breakfast - Neutral: staff were OK - Negative: air conditioning was preset at 25°C and could not be changed: it was uncomfortable in the room with such a high temperature. Insulation from outside noise was poor: traffic and metro noise were clearly heard in the room. It was difficult to have a good sleep: with A/C the temperature was too high; without A/C and with a closed window it became hot very soon; without A/C and with an open window the traffic/metro noises were overwhelming. Cleanliness was far from perfect: I found in the bathroom long black hairs almost every day (I'm bald, so these cannot be mine!). Wi-fi often lost connection.

Experience was exhausting due to poor air conditioning in rooms. Reception told they could do nothing with it as there is central air conditioning system. There was 35 degrees outside and just a few degrees less in the room. I do not recommend this hotel. Although breakfast was very good.

Hotel is well located and accessible by public transportation. You can get to touristic areas quite easily and with less hassle. However, decoration and furniture is old. Even the rooms sofa was torn.

The room was nice and clean, but we had almost no AC or cooling for 2 days in our 3 days stay. This was not okay because it was already very hot. The staff was helpful and provided a table fan , but this is a huge problem for the hotel management. I will not be visiting this hotel again in summer.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by issues with the air conditioning in the room. One of the AC vents was blowing air, while the other appeared not to be working at all. Despite setting the controller to the lowest possible temperature, the room remained uncomfortably warm. The temperature was high enough that some chocolates we had bought as gifts for relatives melted during our stay. We eventually had to sleep with the window open to make the room more bearable. In addition, there was no mini fridge in the room, which could have helped compensate for the lack of cooling. A kettle would also have been appreciated, as it would have allowed us to make a coffee in the morning without having to go down to the reception area. I hope these points can be considered to improve the experience for future guests.
