I am writing this review with profound disappointment after a recent stay that completely undermined my loyalty to this hotel chain. My experience was marred by an unacceptable refusal to honor the core benefits of their loyalty program. The primary issue occurred at check-in and during my stay when I was flatly denied the privileges associated with my Silver Loyalty status. These benefits are a significant reason I chose this hotel, and to have them dismissed was frustrating. However, the most egregious part of the experience was at check-in. I had intentionally saved my points to pay for this stay, but the manager on duty explicitly refused to accept my loyalty points as a form of payment. When I questioned this and referred to the program's terms and conditions, the manager was unapologetic and offered no valid explanation or solution. This felt like a direct breach of trust and a violation of the promise the loyalty program is built upon. The attitude of the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of finding a way to accommodate a loyal customer, they simply shut down the request, making me feel undervalued and disrespected. What is the point of accumulating loyalty points and status if they are not honored at the property? This experience has not only ruined my stay but has also severely damaged my trust in the entire brand. I wasted my points and my time. I would strongly advise any loyal member of their program to think twice before booking here. The management at this specific location does not respect the loyalty scheme, and you will likely be denied the benefits you have rightfully earned. A very disappointed (soon to be former) loyal customer.
