Despite the extensive refurbishment underway and unavailable lobby and terrace areas, for which we were told in advance, our stay was very good. Staff worked well under difficult conditions and we're friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent and dining facilities good. Food also very good. Full marks and thanks to the staff.

The Hotel Manager was welcoming and immediately resolved the few teething issues we had on arrival, during the reception renovation. After a long journey, we appreciated his professionalism in ensuring a comfortable stay for us. The new rooms with luxury bathrooms are fabulous ! Ultra comfy bed with crisp linen. The meal that evening was delicious and good value. The staff went out of their way to accommodate requests. I was particularly impressed with the Sommelier. The local wines were very good. Overall a luxurious stay. The Hotel Manager’s work ethic is evident throughout the hotel. The level of service is exceptional. Thank you !

As above - plastic and cheaply served and decorated restaurant - hotel was being renovated and I only was notified after I paid - air was stuffy with work dust even on Saturday - well located - hope everything gets better after the renovation including food and restaurant experience - ok room - very nice personnel

Convenient location off highway with free parking. Hotel is being renovated and our room looked almost brand new. Nice decor. Buffet breakfast was great. Only issue was no wi-fi available and no one notified us. We did receive an email a day or two before letting us know about the renovations and that some areas were closed, but nothing about there being no wi-if. When we checked in we were not told anything either. Only after settling in our room and trying to figure it out did we have to call reception to then be told, it is not available. No aplology no nothing. That was not good service at all.
