Very comfortable, with everything perfect for a family weekend. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant food was amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I had a comfortable stay overall. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant with good vegan options, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and had a cool, relaxed vibe that made the experience even better. My room offered a beautiful view of the volcano, which was definitely a highlight. Housekeeping was decent—nothing exceptional, but satisfactory. Overall, a pleasant stay .

Yes, well located, fully functional, with all the expected services. Courteous greeting at arrival, clean and spacious rooms, house-cleaning and restaurant staff friendly and competent. Available and secure parking is always a priority. Dinner and breakfast were adequate.
