Dear Mister G., Thank you for taking time to write a comment following your stay in our hotel. We are very sorry for the inconvenience met in your room about the warm. Our warming system depend to the outside temperature. If outside it is to cold, the warm is hot and if the temperature outside warms up, the heater won\'t blow as hot. We are happy that our restaurant Ernest was able to provide a positive surprise during your dinner. Indeed, we strive to offer an offer at the height of a 4* hotel with fresh a. seasonal products. However, we are sorry to read that the cleanliness of some elements of your room was not up to the standard of our establishment. The same goes for the smell of cigarettes since all our rooms are non-smoking.
