I was most impressed with the dinner served. I did not expect this quality from an airport hotel. The room was comfortable but the walls in the water closet next to the toilet were dirty which made for an uncomfortable experience. Also the level of smoke inside of a “non smoking” hotel was quite unacceptable. I brought this to the attention of the staff but even the next day the hallways were very smelly.

Stayed for 5 days during a business trip. Hotel has very convenient shuttle service to and from airport only minutes away. Facility and rooms were all very clean and relatively quiet. The hotel buffet breakfast was great with many choices. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner was just ok with many other better choices in Clermont-Ferrand. Recommend including water as an amenity in g. rooms.

Busy hotel and I don't believe there is sufficient turn around time to service the rooms properly. We booked a superior room and there was no Nespresso machine and just a couple of sachets of coffee (2 decaf too) and 3 herbal teas, no milk, no black teas. Not great value for money and thankfully only staying the one night. Rooms were nice a quiet.
