Air-conditioning in both rooms didn't work. Mattress lumpy and sub par. First rooms bathroom tired and in need of a revamp. Overall the ibis budget in narbonne that we stayed in on the same trip was better then this full ibis

A good value budget hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Gave us directions to the tram, which was easy to navigate into the town centre. The cathedral was well worth a look and lots of pretty streets in the old town and lots of nice shops. The room was tidy, a little basic and quite small, but this is reflected in the very good price. Great for a stop off on our way to Bordeaux and plenty of parking outside which was why we chose it. There is a lovely bakery just down the road, where we bought breakfast patisserie, we also got some delicious sandwiches and cakes for our onwards journey.

The A/C didn't work or was extremely insufficient when i most need a good rest in a hot summer night before facing a long drive the next morning. Great bed and nice bathroom tough.
