Located close to cooperative de Mai, which was main reason for staying here

Staff were superb, leaks in 5 th floor hall ceiling ( buckets deployed) didn’t enhance my stay…. Rugby at Cleremont or gig at coop then location is great… not alot else close by, unless you like a McD ? WiFi hit n miss on 5th floor room 510….

Your employee Klaudia took my stay from convenient to wonderful. She was a welcoming multi-lingual host, problem-solver, her eye on everyone's comfort, somehow ran the bar and kept the hotel ticking. She also managed her colleagues well. I was staying there so I could be close to the hospital and it became a comfort to return to the hotel.
