I frequently stay at this hotel and usually have nothing negative to write about, however this stay could have been better. The last few stays the only English channels were 2 news stations. There was a lot of French, German and Spanish channels that offered a variety of movies and shows. I was told by the mechanic it was just my room but I found out later from others guests staying at the hotel, they had the same issues. Very disappointing, please try to correct .

This is the second time I have stayed at the Novotel Madrid Centre and I hope I never am put up in this hotel again. While facilities are good and the daily breakfast is sumptuous, their wifi and general hospitality and service is just awful..the staff are just complacent and don't care about looking after their guests. They simply don't respond to service queries and rudeness is the order of the day

Front desk didn't know how to generate the invoice

Hotel front desk weren't able to generate the invoice. This meant I needed to check with my work travel folks and return to the hotel who were then able to provide an invoice. This resulted in time loss.
