We were in Madrid for one night for the Bad bunny concert (which also coincided with the popes visit), so the city was extremely busy. The staff were all super friendly from reception, to rooftop bar and room service. The room has all we needed and was comfortable.

The rooms were average, very basic, small and poorly lit. The coffee facility is very poor. We were given small paper cups, and two unwrapped wooden stick to stir the coffee. The bathroom was always flooded everytime we had a shower. The design of the shower door is shocking. We could not open it. We have to squeeze ourselves through a small opening to go in and out of the shower. All the towels we were given were old. I hate using old towels. No tissue paper was provided, and no hair conditioner. Luckily I had my own. Our stay was okay. I would have rated our stay less than average if it wasn't for the staff who was very helpful and the location that was not too far from tourist attractions. The room was definitely overpriced. I feel ripped off.
