I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The room has everything you need. Breakfast is a real treat! Never had this in a Novotel hotel before. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is well located and staff were efficient but I think it was very poor value for money - very expensive with very few amenities both in the room - such as no hair conditioner or body lotion or face clothes. The terrace was also closed.

I was at the hotel for Ibercon 2026, I was surprised at how nice it was! The only gripes I really have is that the escalators make some weird sounds and seem like they could use a repair or something like that. The food and drinks were also pretty expensive even for a hotel, especially in spain, pretty much only paying for convenience... I loved the room service, they did the bed every day without any notice or request as well as changing towels and tidying the room up a bit! Extremely satisfied with that, and the comfortable beds! :) The shower was also a little weird, the glass door did not go all the way down to the floor of the roof so it left some water spilling outside but overall not that bad. Just sucks for the clean up crew, it could have been easily fixed with a little bit of silicon on the bottom Overall, super nice stay!
