Small but comfortable rooms! Loved the child beds included in the room. There are two small playgrounds in a nearby plaza that were super ideal for eating meals out! Staff was very nice and accommodating! They let us in our room 3 hours early, which was very much appreciated after traveling for 20 hours. Trip from the airport in taxi was about 15 min.

I had to request change of rooms 2 times at arrivibg, since the rooms have a humid smell and even the hotel personel who came with me said the smell was bad. I had stayed in Novotel before in London and it was great, but this one was lower standard.

Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Novotel is a guarantee of quality. I would suggest to create a corner for the kids so the families can have a more comprehensive stay. Something similar to the corner present in Novotel in Prague, where I stayed last year. Anyway, the experience was really comfortable.

Rooms are a bit dingy with only a window into a light well - worse on lower floors. Breakfast offer was great, though unable to make use on our second visit as an early departure in the morning mean we couldn't make best use. Why are all the stairwells locked so we have to use the lifts, even for just one floor? Hope they open in an emergency!

We stayed with our 8-year old daughter who loved the shallow pool on the rooftop. We chose a room on the 8 floor which had a terrace and we enjoyed alfresco dining on a warm Madrid night when we wanted to stay in. The hotel is centrally located and all the attractions are an easy cab ride away.
