Very nice modern hotel room with modern bathroom in a good area. Short walk to metro. Short walk to Gracia. Easy longer walk via passage de Gracia to Placa Catalunya. I relocated to this hotel after attending a conference where I was placed in another 4 star hotel. The differences and small touches were immediately apparent! Things to make your stay comfortable that were missing in my other more expensive room - Bathrobes, coffee machine with good quality pods, selection of herbal tea, work desk - hello some of us travel for business!!!, wardrobe with hanging space AND actual drawers and shelves to put your things, safe, bedside lamp that does not blind you with its intensity, comfortable bed and comfortable pillows, nice plush large towels in the bathroom, large walk in shower, hooks to hang things in bathroom, decent sized towel rack. Breakfast was great with a good selection to keep everyone happy. Friendly staff. I would for sure stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property, and subsequently my second review within the past month. In our initial review, we raised several concerns relating to our room, breakfast service, and refreshment provisions (stay 1-7 Nov). On returning for our second stay ( 12-15 Nov), it was immediately evident that our feedback had been taken seriously. The attention given to the issues we raised was clear, and we were genuinely thrilled with the changes implemented. These improvements were prompt, thoughtful, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction rather than any direct benefit to the hotel. A special thank you to Fernanda C. and his team for their professionalism and responsiveness. We absolutely loved our room — it was a welcomed treat — and the complimentary cava was an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. Thank you. Your efforts significantly enhanced the overall quality of our stay, and the positive changes did not go unnoticed. • Very friendly welcome • Breakfast is excellent, and so is the staff • Quite a small room (with a very large TV, though with surprising Spanish/English channels). • Nice balcony with seating and two lounge chairs • Very clean and well-maintained • Decent room cleaning service • No real bar (small reception with a small seating area serving as "minibar") and online room service (served by an external partner) • Noise and vibrations from the running belt and dumbles in the fitness room above room 706 (mentioned this to reception) • Too small safe (even for an iPad 3) • Bathroom door obstructs the toilet (logistical hastle with two in the room) • No full-length fitting mirror • Metro vibration noticeable from 5 a.m. on
