And yet, every single time I walk through those doors, it feels like the first time full of warmth, full of welcome, full of that feeling you only get when you are truly home. 🙏 I have stayed in many hotels across my travels, but hand on heart nowhere have I ever experienced hospitality like this. And the secret behind this magic? The incredible people of Mercure. Kanchan Kumar Sir, where do I even begin? This man is not just a hotel employee, he is the soul of this place. On this visit, I had a small complaint about the amenities. Most hotels? You complain, they note it down, and you wait.and wait..and wait. But Kanchan Kumar Sir? Within ten minutes problem solved, smile delivered, no fuss whatsoever! Sir, you are genuinely one of a kind. 🫡 The front desk team welcomed me like I was a long-lost family member returning home. No awkwardness, no formality just pure, genuine warmth that hit me right in the chest. And can we please talk about the cleaning team and restaurant team? These unsung heroes quietly make everything perfect without even asking. Every corner spotless, every meal served with a smile these people work from the heart, not just from duty. I don't know how to fully put it into words but this hotel and its people have melted my heart completely. You don't just give service, you give love. And that is something truly rare in this world. The staff is very polite. Rooms are clean with all essentials. I forgot my shirt and was reached out by the staff. They even helped me by shipping the shirt by courier. Talk about customer service focus!
