I had an excellent stay at Pullman Liverpool and really enjoyed the overall experience. The hotel is in a great location, close to the river, with beautiful views and a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and I was very impressed with the quality of the service. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would be very happy to recommend Pullman Liverpool to my friends. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Liverpool!

Recent changes to the breakfast setup not as good. The coffee/tea is now self service. This in not a major issue if managed correctly and the pots are kept stocked. On this occasion the coffee pot ran and there was quite a queue waiting for it to be refilled. Eventually had to leave and get a coffee else where. When the breakfast area is full these pots need to be kept stocked.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the food was very good and service excellent. The only downside of the stay was that the beds were not as comfotable as we had hoped. They were rather hard.
