The bar staff were amazing and couldn't be more friendly and were so helpful. Hotel was great and room clean including shower. Bed was also very comfy. Gutted didnt have breakfast as I expect that would have been fabtastic also. Thank you for a great stay

The hotel could not be better located for a visit to the area and docks. The room was really lovely with great amenities and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our stay was let down by the poor breakfast. The scrambled eggs and black pudding were not nice. There was no mention of other eggs being available and it wasn’t until we had nearly finished our breakfast that we saw other eggs being brought out. The waffles and pancakes were cold with no mention of how to heat them if indeed you could and the syrup was no where near them with no indication of where it was, I only found it by chance. We just felt that the breakfast really let down what was otherwise a fantastic stay. This would probably stop us staying again.

We stayed overnight for a concert in the m&s arena. We chose this hotel for the location and the price of the room at the time. The room was lovely and clean, the shower was great. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. My partner has to have gluten free food and there didn't seem to be much there for her but we asked our waitress, who's name was sian, and she couldn't do enough for us. Apparently she knows someone who has the same condition and knew all about cross contamination so we felt very safe, she was superb.

We enjoyed a lovely one night stay at this hotel, room was very nice, although as a premium room possibly could have had a better view than the back of the arena for the price paid. Both the bar staff and the breakfast team delivered an excellent customer experience and are a credit to your hotel.
