We had a family staycation. Hotel and Staff were excellent. Friendly and engaging service. Best part was Jimmy in the lounge playing piano and singing. Awesome vibe and great tunes. He was gracious enough to let me join him and play guitar with him. Super talent and really welcoming. Really enjoyed the evening.

Arrived on the 22nd November, for a3 night stay on arrival lovely welcome sorry didn’t get the lady’s name, lovely room thank you once again for the lovely surprise in the room, was greeted with open arms by Paul, roni, Paige, sammi, and Marion sad to hear he is leaving, as always had a great time, we are back on the 29th December for 4 night can’t wait to see you all again. Wonderful location with room looking at the wheel. Very close to the conference centre and dock and town for eating in the evening. Really comfy room, lots of space.

An excellent hotel, and in a terrific location, both for the nearby facilities, and the beautiful views over the River Mersey. Rayda and Anca on Reception were especially helpful and allocated me a wonderful room on the 5th floor, with large picture windows overlooking the river, with all the activity of ships coming and going, day and night. A well-appointed, spacious room and a particularly warm and comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Paul, Emily, Abi and Vesta were especially helpful in the bar and restaurant area. The three course dinner was expensive but extremely delicious; I enjoyed watching the chefs at work. For anyone attending the ACC conference centre next door, this is the perfect solution. Convenient and up-market. Many thanks.
