Room and hotel was comfortable, appreciated the cold water in the fridge. Air conditioning kept the room cool. Shower room was clean with all that was required. We felt quite safe with the access to the hotel by our room key. Two negatives one there was a lot of noise outside which did disturb us, perhaps the glazing could be more effective. Having had breakfast at another French Mercure hotel in Rouen, the variety of cereals was not as extensive in Clermont Ferrand Jaude. Also there wasn’t a hot plate to heat the crepes only a heat lamp which wasn’t as effective. We did enjoy our stay in Clermont Ferrand.

Staying here for 11 days for work, the service and comfort the hotel has provided has been excellent. I appreciate the staff in their patience with me for my small knowledge of French, but also able to work with me speaking in English also.

It was overall a very pleasant stay and I'll definitely come back. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever needed. They know english so it's every easy to communicate. Issues primarily are regarding the room itself the water system of providing sparkling water should be optional, the lighting in entry corridor is very dim for nights and the sanitary ware could be improved for the bathrooms but these are all nitpicks I would say and the hotel is very comfortable as is!! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
