Our first impression was great as we were checked in by Moto who was excellent. We then ate in the bar and the staff there also attentive and friendly.

I would say this is well located (can't be more center of Clermont-Ferrand than this) but this is obvious. The real deal is the staff is super friendly and professional, very accommodating and makes you feel like VIPs, the room was completely silent and dark (very peaceful) and the breakfast food was excellent compared to most hotels. Definitely a place I'm looking forward to stay to again!
