I have been staying at this hotel for several years and disappointed that we could not use your bar late in the evening. I tried both on Fri and Sat to have a drink before bed and was told that the bar was closed. It was not like this in previous years

My bag was damaged during flight travel. I approached the reception desk enquiring for the bag repairman point of contact. The team provided the contact to me and the person guided me well to get the damage report filed with the airline. Well support by the reception team. Thanks :)

Excellent service from check in to check out. Our early morning check out was before breakfast hours and the night desk let us have a coffee and yogurt to go that was very thoughtful
