The experience was not very satisfactory. The available amenities are very limited in terms of fitness, even drinking water is not provided (even a single bottle not provided) and sold at very high prices. Breakfast is very staple with no differentiation (no fresh cheese), very limited form of eggs. Quality of rooms has depreciated now and towels are not changed everyday. Staff is good but services are not up to the mark.

The Hotel is well located with a reasonably priced secure car park . The room was very large and had everything that a very good suite has . The staff team were exceptional . Very polite and gave us lots of useful information . The staff looked after us very well in the bar area .

The reception workers were always very friendly and willing to help with any needs I had during my 2 week stay. Also the housekeeping staff knew my daughter was coming over the weekend and made the foldout bed for her without even being asked - truly exceptional service!

Very bad laundry service. Even they did not charge me payment. But there was big impact on my event without clean and good shirt. it made me very embraced. I talked with staff. he asked me to send mail to hotel manager. I did it 2 times. But it took 3-4 days to get feedback by chance when I booked taxi. I did not get any mail answer.
