The reception workers were always very friendly and willing to help with any needs I had during my 2 week stay. Also the housekeeping staff knew my daughter was coming over the weekend and made the foldout bed for her without even being asked - truly exceptional service!

Hotel could do better in terms of room maintenance. Staff are good, courteous and helpful. House keeping does a good job at the upkeep of the room. However there has been no solution to shower in term of fixtures associated to shampoo and body wash

Room service and cleaning services was skipped, reception have no clue about customer satisfaction and customer service, ill never repeat it again the worst experience i have ever had
