Very bad laundry service. Even they did not charge me payment. But there was big impact on my event without clean and good shirt. it made me very embraced. I talked with staff. he asked me to send mail to hotel manager. I did it 2 times. But it took 3-4 days to get feedback by chance when I booked taxi. I did not get any mail answer.

Excellent. there were 2 days I needed to leave early. Staff accommodated to start the breakfast 10 minutes earlier to support my team.
