actually the overall rate would be 9; good hotel, clean, nice staff, good breakfast, good and safe location. On our second night we came home at 10pm and wanted to have a drink, as we did on the first night ( we ordered 1 glass of champagne and 1 beer, 13€). The women on the front desk didn't want to serve us; we only could buy a bottle of champagne in the shop. When we told us we had the same the night before she told us this was impossible, and returned to her office. A pity, otherwise this would have been a nice stay.

Food, Rooms & Good Customer satisfaction. Points to improve: On Laundry, always guide Customer for better cost effective method. (Rate per Dress or Kilogram). because i had bad experience, instead of paying total dress in Weight per kilogram, i held up in paid per dress. (instead of 35euro i paid 100 euro). Miss communication between hotel to Laundry person. Even though i insist for laundry in kilogram. I love to see better in future on above points. Thanks in advance

Great location close to the tram station. A couple of issues, on entering the suite, despite there being a kitchen, there were not crockery, or anything to cook with. We had to go to reception to pick up what we needed, cups, plates, pots and pans, surely rooms should have the cooking utensils already insitu in the room. I also found the staff friendly, but needing more authority, they would only give out one dishwasher tablet at a time, so you had to ask twice a day. During a 3 night stay, I had to ask 6 times at reception for the tablet

The room was as expected except the bathroom doors provide no showering privacy, doors have gaps and slots in them. The staff where under welcoming and more informal and I felt like I had interrupted him by checking in.

The experience was average, the room was a bit old, and it's a pity that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and something to eat. I had to remove a kind of protective quilt (like a hospital bed) that covers the mattress, which makes you sweat a lot and is unpleasant to the touch. I suggest removing it especially in hot weather. Not all Accor hotels use it, fortunately
