I was accused of smoking/vaping after the fire alarm went off when I ran the shower for 30 minutes (inadvertently) before getting inside (I got distracted on the phone with my wife). In fairness, it's not great to waste energy and water so I agreed to pay the €80 fine but I told the hotel manager that the consequence would be losing me as an accor hotels customer and he agreed. So enjoy your €80 and lose the thousands of euros per year that I'll now be diverting to your competitors. I've already begun doing this for months. I'm tired or Accor. The points program is ridiculously the worst in the entire hotel industry. I'm never upgraded and when I need to check out later the hotel worker suddenly forgets what a diamond customer is. Fair well Accor. Adios.

El hotel ubicado al lado de la Estación de tren. PAGUE tres noches y me quede dos noches, el ruido de la ventilación era terrible , YA QUE NO ENTIENDO COMO ESTA PUESTO EL CARTEL DE NO FUMAR, NO ESTOY SUCIA Y HABIA VENTANA. Al tercer dia me fui a otro HOTEL, que no estaba puesto esa VENTILACION.
