I was accused of smoking/vaping after the fire alarm went off when I ran the shower for 30 minutes (inadvertently) before getting inside (I got distracted on the phone with my wife). In fairness, it's not great to waste energy and water so I agreed to pay the €80 fine but I told the hotel manager that the consequence would be losing me as an accor hotels customer and he agreed. So enjoy your €80 and lose the thousands of euros per year that I'll now be diverting to your competitors. I've already begun doing this for months. I'm tired or Accor. The points program is ridiculously the worst in the entire hotel industry. I'm never upgraded and when I need to check out later the hotel worker suddenly forgets what a diamond customer is. Fair well Accor. Adios.

All very positive - conveniently located adjacent to the railway station, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean and functional facilities (reception, café and room) all for a very competitive price.
