All good, BUT the bathroom smelled of urine, yet looked clean. I was staying a few days so I got bleach and cleaned the walls and floor around the toilet and the toilet and the smell went away. I think it was cleaned but not well enough. I definitely shouldn't have had to do that. More attention to hygiene needed. Apart from that it was fine. Good air con in the heatwave was the reason we chose this apartment.

We booked 2 rooms. One was in a very good condition, the other one was not well cleaned (dust bunnies on the floor). Although rooms are dated they are functional and comfortable. The kitchenette contains all necessary bit and pieces. The location is very good, close to the fare routiere, gare SNCF and to the historic centre. Staff is very different, from inexperienced (please ask someone tomorrow) to very helpful to "what excuse do I have to refuse a request". The manager (this is the way his position and authority looked) is unfortunately in the last category. He checked the instructions on whether he can refuse late check-out and hurray, he found that yes he could. He told off a friendly receptionist in very strong terms for allowing late checkout (did not even wait for us to leave - I guess he assumed we do not speak any French) - extremely unprofessional.

The overall experience was fine. Check in was top but the checking out time was 11am but at 9h40am the housekeeping staff open the door on me without even knocking. 10h15am the same housekeeping came again but this time did not close the door properly. I do not understand why if I am supposed to vacate the room at 11am someone is walking on me without notice.

J'ai réservé un appart hôtel directement auprès de votre établissement car j'avais besoin d'un chambre PMR. Quelle surprise de rentrer dans une pièce où on ne pouvait même pas faire demi tour avec le fauteuil et une douche avec au moins cm de marche aucune barre d'appui dans la salle de bain. J'ai eu la chance de trouver vendredi soir à l'accueil un charmant jeune gomme qui a fini par me trouver un appartement plus grand mais malheureusement avec une baignoire. Il n’avait pas d'autre choix. Lorsque je suis passé à la réception dimanche matin et m'entendre dire que c’était de ma faut et que je n'avais rien précisé lors de ma réservation/// vous vérifierez sur mon compte accord carte Gold et vous verrez que je ne peux me permettre de réserver autre chose qu'une chambre PMR avec une femme en fauteuil roulant électrique. Je trouve la réflexion de la jeune fille dimanche matin vraiment pas à la hauteur du groupe Accor. Une chose est certaine je sais où je ne reviendrais pas... écoeurant

Nuestra estancia fue agradable en general aunque hubo algunos detalles que no nos gustaron. Entre las cosas positivas, destacamos la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió en recepción a la llegada, la ubicación del hotel, la posibilidad de aparcar en el parking público por un módico precio, el tamaño de la habitación y su orientación. Sin embargo, cuando nos acostamos, nos dimos cuenta de que faltaba la sábana bajera de la cama doble y que una lámpara de lectura no podía utilizarse porque le faltaba el interruptor. Bajamos a recepción, pero ya estaba cerrada. Aunque nos arreglamos durmiendo encima del edredón, fue una experiencia un poco molesta.
