Stayed for 3 nights in Mercure Poitiers. Staff lovely, building amazing! No parking, but you have 10 minutes to unload and staff at reception very helpful so you can get your stuff in quickly. Breakfast was so lovely!!! Will definitely return.

Ok, but cold room, no cleaning

The staff are polite and the room I stayed in was clean. The room was very cold however. I was provided with an extra heater but the room remained cold. The room was only cleaned once during my 4 night stay. This was despite complaining twice. This meant the bins were not empty and that I had no water in the room.
