It was OK, but should have booked disabled room as shower over bath dangerous for me. Breakfast OK, but not such good quality as have had at other budget Ibis.

On arrival the hotel looks old and tired and unappealing. And although the room is basic it is spotlessly clean and very good value for money we had a very good sleep. Breakfast was very good excellent quality ingredients

We have stayed here for a number of years , a stop over on our way down the to the south. It’s always been very good for a budget hotel ( accommodation, breakfast and staff) which is why we always returned! However this year was shocking!!! Firstly by the welcome, not professional and very uneasy. The reception and member of staff was scruffy. We entered our room. The bathroom was dirty , we’ve never experienced this before but the standards are very very poor. I’m not sure if these rooms are cleaned properly ( my opinion, NOT!!) was a terrible sleep, itching , next day had red marks on legs, which looked like bite marks. ( and were) Breakfast was very poor and didn’t seem fresh. We can compare , as I said we choose here for years of travelling because how great it was. It’s obviously who is running this hotel. That the standards have dropped drastically!! We will never return to this hotel!!! Which is a shame as it was great before. You need to look at who’s in charge of running this hotel because they are seriously letting you down. And I can only imagine more reviews like this will come flooding through. Which is sad!!
