fine but for breakfast - included in the rate, but when it came to it, we could only have one even though we had booked a double room because I had overlooked changing the number of persons to stay from one to two, and for some reason it didn’t seem possible to do so retroactively. Useful to have a garage below the hotel, but access is narrow and steep and that should perhaps be made clear when booking

The hotel is incredibly central and the room was spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was ok,loved the fresh warm croissants. Parking is under the hotel,but it's a bit tricky to get in as it is very narrow,so you better know your car's width.

The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and immaculately clean. The bathroom was well-maintained and modern. The bath towels were large and plush. WiFi was very fast. The hotel also provided filtered water, coffee, and tea throughout the day in the lobby. Breakfast was satisfactory, offering a wide variety of options.

Day trip to Poitiers. We arrived at the hotel around 10am and our rooms were ready. All staff were met were great but extra thanks to Linette for helping me with the original booking.

Well located with basement car park. Large room with comfortable beds and large bathroom. The weather for our two night stay was blue skies and very warm. That's OK for meandering around the city, but when the air conditioning doesn't work and your hotel room is really very hot and oppressive, that's not so good. The consierge told us that there's nothing wrong with the aircon, it's just switched off at this time of year !!!! I mentioned that again to a different consierge when we were leaving and she seemed incredulous that we had been told that !! The aircon problem rather spoilt our stay. It REALLY was oppressive and uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

Staff friendly. Clean. Rooms very very basic. No iron, kettle. TV couldn’t be seen from the bed as it was on a strange angle. No sink in the loo so had to then go to main bathroom. Very little storage space for clothing. No drawers or shelves. So stay wasn’t very comfortable.

Got a good price for our stay through Accor Plus. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Continental breakfast was ample, with a good selection. Was about a 15 min walk to the tourist sites. Easy to get to and from the train station by bus near the hotel (but difficult on foot due to flights of stairs up from the station to the town. No in-room kettle but you can use the one downstairs. No in-room safe.
