Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very good for access to the old town and attractions. Unfortunately our room condition wasn't very good with attention needed to damaged areas in the bathroom and some of the bedroom furniture

A few nights in and around Poitiers for a wedding. Good, normal Ibis hotel. Friendly staff but especially close to "down town" Poitiers with all it has to offer.
