We had difficulty finding the hotel due to the road system in Poitiers. We were directed to the Ibis Styles by someone at the Ibis Budget near the station. Turned out this was the wrong hotel! We asked at reception for directions to your hotel and the ladt on reception was possibly the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with in all my years of using Accor Group hotels!! Luckily we found the correct Ibis and their staff ere wonderful!!

Almost 2 weeks after our stay & the hotel owes me 300 Euros

Just an overnight stop. It was a little offputting at breakfast to have the staff member going backwards and forwards through the seating area with a mop and bucket!

We arrived at 1500 or so and I was able to secure a parking space which was necessary as we had valuables packed in the car for our long trip back from Andalucía to Ireland. However, the room was too small for two adults with luggage so we stayed at another centre city hotel which had no parking. So, we used Ibis City Centre for our car’s stay.
