No hot water in the shower of my room 303. A/C unit was off during the winter, but the room temperature was almost 28C. Windows cannot be opened. Reception was not polite with these topics. Sad experience.

Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you left with a disappointing impression. We would like to kindly note that, upon arrival, we made an exception and offered you an early check in before the official hotel hour, without any additional charge. This required extra effort from our team and was done to improve your comfort, which unfortunately was not mentioned in your review. Regarding the hot water, our receptionist checked the temperature in your room. While the water may not have been boiling hot, it met the temperature standards set for our eco friendly hotel and was considered sufficiently hot according to our regulations. We are also sorry that the interaction with reception was perceived as impolite. Please be assured that this was certainly not our intention and does not reflect the attitude or service standards of our front office team. Concerning the room temperature, due to technical limitations, the room thermostats can operate either in heating or cooling mode. During the winter season, all rooms are set to heating by default. In situations where guests feel discomfort, our reception is available twenty four hours a day and can temporarily adjust the system to cooling when possible. Thank you for sharing your experience. Your remarks will be taken into consideration as part of our ongoing efforts to improve guest comfort. This was an excellent experience! The hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast had a lot to choose from, and was very tasty. The people working in the lobby were very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my visit very much, and next year I will be staying again. The people cleaning the fourth floor were very kind and helpful.
