The stay was great. Delicious food, clean and comfy rooms. The only flaw in otherwise perfect stay was overcrowded wellness. It's just too small for such a big hotel.

We felt highly welcomed at this hotel. Everything - from the warm greeting to the food - was exceptional. The service was truly top-level. The hotel itself is cosy and not too large, but it still has everything a family might need. I do, however, wish there were something more like an indoor playground and a slide for children in the pool area - though I understand that the space is limited. A special thank you to Ms. Iwona - she was incredibly caring, checked us into an amazing room, and did everything to make sure we felt comfortable.

Great rooms, awesome front desk staff, kitchen needs work - cleaning dirty dishes and overall dinner and experience needs some improvement. Pool is great, same for gym facilities and kids room. Over all great experience- just please take a closer look to how dining area works, a bit more is expected from a 5* hotel

Good facilities, but very crowded. Staff not ready for fully booked hotel. Request of booking a table for breakfast for certain time is outrageous. Manager and staff making comments behind our backs after refusing to make a reservation very unpleasant. Room service not available “because the restaurant is full” - not sure what kind of excuse that is.. Front desk clerk not sure how to order food, doesn’t know night room service menu which is not available online as he told us and answers: I don’t know… Swimming pool nice but not enough staff to actually keep it in order. Towels everywhere, saunas space not being managed throughout the day. Puddles of water on the floor that nobody cleans, people come in inside the sauna in swimming suits and flip flops and nobody pays attention… Will not be coming back
