Pros: Modern, attractive hotel with a clean environment and nice rooms Reliable Wi-Fi Coffee machine with capsules and tea available in the room Friendly reception staff – we were even allowed to check in about 1.5 hours early Convenient parking right next to the hotel Beautiful surroundings with plenty of options for hiking Cons: The hotel definitely does not meet a 5-star standard, more like 3.5 at best Poor food quality, with very limited variety – the same dishes were repeated, and breakfast often consisted of leftovers from dinner and vice versa In the restaurant, no one clears the tables, so you end up sitting surrounded by used dishes from your table and others nearby The wellness area was supposed to be adults-only after 7 pm, but this rule was not enforced Some guests behaved inappropriately in the wellness area – wearing swimsuits in the sauna, going straight from the sauna to the pool without showering, making phone calls and talking loudly in the quiet zone (We were most looking forward to the wellness, so this was particularly disappointing. We reported it to the reception) The lobby bar is very small and it was already full even though the hotel was only half occupied, so there was nowhere to sit in the evening

-spa area too small for the number of rooms, crowded even when the hotel isn't full -untrained staff, especially at the restaurant - far from 5* -dinners weren't good, breakfast was -a server should not be walking with a walkie talkie among the guests, saying what is missing to the kitchen while walking in between us -for dinner (start) there were about 5 chocolate cakes, obviously left over. upon their completion by other guests, I inquired the walkie talkie server if they will be refilled - the response was a simple no. not even an apology. it gives the impression that they were leftovers and the staff ate most while leaving a few for dinner. very unprofessional, far from 5* -our room was not cleaned!! 2 night stay

The staff were all wonderful and the rooms are large and accommodating. The well-heated dry sauna, the clean hammam, a cold-plunge pool, and waterfall relaxation room are perfect for a relaxing get-away. I enjoyed the massaging water jets in the pools and jacuzzies, both indoors and outside in the crisp mountain air. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, including delicious oatmeal for a healthy start before piling on an array of delicacies.
