Dear Mr Thomas, thank you for taking the time to share your your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your kind words regarding our location and the helpfulness of our team. We are genuinely sorry to read about your negative experiences, particularly concerning pets and the room temperature, and we fully understand how this may have affected your comfort. Regarding pets, we are a pet-friendly hotel and, until now, we have not experienced similar issues, including in our restaurant areas. Pets are required to be kept on a leash at all times and to remain next to their owners’ table. That said, we are very sorry that your experience did not meet these standards and that this situation caused discomfort. We will certainly look into this matter more closely to ensure our rules are consistently respected. Concerning the air conditioning, we would like to confirm that during the period of freezing temperatures we experienced a technical limitation that affected the cooling function in some rooms. We sincerely apologise for the excessive heat and dry air, as well as for the inconvenience caused, and we regret that our technician was unable to resolve this during your stay. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us identify areas requiring immediate attention. We are sorry that your stay did not fully reflect the level of comfort we strive to provide and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future under improved conditions.
