The staff were all wonderful and the rooms are large and accommodating. The well-heated dry sauna, the clean hammam, a cold-plunge pool, and waterfall relaxation room are perfect for a relaxing get-away. I enjoyed the massaging water jets in the pools and jacuzzies, both indoors and outside in the crisp mountain air. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, including delicious oatmeal for a healthy start before piling on an array of delicacies.

Amazing stay, great location, very comfortable rooms. The spa is a dealbreaker - you can easily spend there half a day. Love the breakfast selection, and the food à la carte is always perfect!

Nice food, clean rooms as well as all other spaces, friendly staff. The playroom for kids might be better. Most of the toys and equipment was partially broken. No spare balls for table tenis.
