Overall, I have very mixed feelings about my stay. Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karpacz has an outstanding physical product. The architecture, guest rooms, wellness facilities, family programme and Chocolate Hour create the foundation for an exceptional resort experience. Unfortunately, during my stay I also observed several recurring operational inconsistencies affecting multiple departments, including Front Office, Guest Room Operations, Wellness & Pool Operations and Food & Beverage. Some of these observations also related to guest safety and operational risk management. As a hospitality operations professional with management experience in Prague, I prepared a detailed independent operational assessment of my stay. The report documents both the hotel's many strengths and several opportunities for operational improvement, supported by timelines and photographic evidence. I will forward the full report directly to the General Manager under separate cover. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.
