Dear Mr Thomas, thank you for taking the time to share your your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your kind words regarding our location and the helpfulness of our team. We are genuinely sorry to read about your negative experiences, particularly concerning pets and the room temperature, and we fully understand how this may have affected your comfort. Regarding pets, we are a pet-friendly hotel and, until now, we have not experienced similar issues, including in our restaurant areas. Pets are required to be kept on a leash at all times and to remain next to their owners’ table. That said, we are very sorry that your experience did not meet these standards and that this situation caused discomfort. We will certainly look into this matter more closely to ensure our rules are consistently respected. Concerning the air conditioning, we would like to confirm that during the period of freezing temperatures we experienced a technical limitation that affected the cooling function in some rooms. We sincerely apologise for the excessive heat and dry air, as well as for the inconvenience caused, and we regret that our technician was unable to resolve this during your stay. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us identify areas requiring immediate attention. Dear Ms. D., we are truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially during the Christmas period, which should be a time of comfort and enjoyment. We regret that your experience led to such disappointment. At the same time, we would like to clarify several operational aspects that are clearly communicated to our guests. Dinner arrangements during the holiday period are structured as follows: half-board dinner is served between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, while the à la carte restaurant service begins at 6:00 PM. In addition, guests always have access to a full lobby bar menu as well as an in-room dining menu, should they wish to dine outside the half-board offering. Regarding breakfast, in order to ensure comfort and avoid waiting times during peak occupancy, guests are invited to confirm their preferred breakfast time in advance. This system is designed to provide seating without queues; however, participation is voluntary, and we are unable to enforce time confirmations if guests choose not to select a slot. Concerning room servicing, guest rooms are cleaned daily, in line with our standards. We clearly communicate that housekeeping is performed within designated service hours, rather than on-demand at any time of the day. We regret if this caused any misunderstanding during your stay. We are sorry that the overall experience did not reflect the quality we aim to deliver. Your feedback has been carefully reviewed and shared internally. At the same time, we appreciate your acknowledgement of the room interiors and the quality of breakfast products. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.
