Overall, this is an excellent resort and we had a great stay here during one of our honeymoon trips. The staff paid special attention to the occasion, which we really appreciated. They prepared a bottle of prosecco in our room and also placed us in a more reserved and quieter area of the hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. As Accor ALL Gold members, we were also upgraded to a Deluxe Room and received early check-in, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights was definitely the chocolate hour — truly incredible, and the chocolates were genuinely delicious. There are only a few areas where I think the experience could improve slightly. The breakfast was good overall, but a bit below my expectations for a hotel at this level. I felt that both the quality and variety could have been better. The same applies for the welcome drink options, which I felt quite limited (and the be honest, both below what I experienced recently in the Novotel in Warsaw) Sound insulation between rooms and corridors is also not the best, and it was possible to hear movement and noise from the hallways quite frequently. Finally, I believe the hotel could enforce the wellness area policies more consistently, especially regarding families with children. During our stay, there were situations where the adults-only rules did not seem to be properly respected, which impacted the relaxing atmosphere a bit. Still, overall, this is a very strong resort experience and a property I would recommend in the region.

Was ok but some of the things would be great to be improved. In our room 2013 in the bathroom the towel racks were loose. The handle from bathroom was flying. Kitchen faucet handle was felling off. And we were 5 days in two rooms and our bedding was not changed at least once. So it should be in 5* hotel. In second room 2108 the door lock did not work and I had to talk two times with reception to make it fixed, it was in day 3. Generally was ok but some improvements important, and kind of regular checklist of technical condition of each room.

While travelling, we expected a true 5-star hotel experience and the level of service that comes with it, therefore we are evaluating the stay based on such standards. Upon arriving by car, there was a lack of clear signage regarding parking and temporary drop-off areas near the reception. The arrival and entrance organisation felt quite confusing. The reception employee was pleasant and the check-in process was handled relatively quickly. What surprised us the most was that a hotel located in such beautiful natural surroundings does not appear to prioritise sustainability — during check-in we were asked to sign several paper documents, which nowadays feels unnecessary and not environmentally conscious. In addition, no luggage delivery service to the room was offered, which would normally be expected at this level of hotel. There was also a lack of clear information regarding the dinner system, buffet and à la carte restaurant. It was surprisingly complicated to understand what was included and how reservations worked. Although dinner had already been included in the bill, when arriving at the buffet restaurant the staff could not find our reservation and redirected us to the à la carte restaurant starting from 7 PM. Upon arriving there, the same confusion continued — once again staff searched for a reservation that had never been properly arranged. Overall, the communication and organisation felt chaotic. The à la carte food itself was very good and tasty. The following day we finally managed to access the buffet dinner, although it was noticeable that some of the appetisers appeared to be leftovers from breakfast. Nevertheless, the main dishes were good. In the grill area, staff also seemed uncertain and explained that some grilled dishes would require additional payment. The biggest disappointment came when a waiter approached our table offering wine or champagne without informing us that these drinks were chargeable and without presenting any prices. In a 5-star hotel, such details should be communicated very clearly. Breakfast selection was generous and the food quality was good, however the organisation once again felt chaotic — staff repeatedly asked guests about reservations and surnames, creating queues and confusion. That weekend the hotel was very busy, and it clearly felt that the team struggled to manage the guest flow properly. Table maintenance, cleanliness and clearing empty plates could have been handled much more efficiently. Additionally, despite already being May, the hotel grounds could have been significantly better maintained. The outdoor areas lacked properly weeded planting beds, maintained greenery and the polished premium atmosphere one would expect from a hotel of this category. That being said, the rooms themselves were designed and finished to a very high standard. The cleanliness and housekeeping were truly impeccable — it is very clear that the housekeeping team performs their work professionally and with attention to detail. We genuinely hope the hotel resolves these organisational issues, because true 5-star hospitality is often defined by the small details and thoughtful touches. We frequently stay within this hotel chain and have many times experienced exceptional staff professionalism, excellent service and very well thought-out guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. Overall, the hotel has strong potential, a beautiful location and very good food, however the current organisation, communication and attention to operational details still do not fully meet a true 5-star standard.
