Positives: The overall stay was nice.The staff works extremely hard to provide good service.Areas for Improvement:Breakfast chaos: Unsupervised children ran around the buffet area.Hygiene and safety concerns: Kids touched food and pressed coffee machine buttons without cups.Hotel communication: Management should set clearer rules for parents regarding food safety and supervision.Staff workload: The hotel is understaffed for the high guest demand.Employee well-being: NO RECYCLING! The staff throws everything to one garbage! That’s unacceptable!!! Waiters and cleaning staff looked exhausted from running to keep up The dinner menu at the restaurant was pretty limited, especially for people with allergies and vegetarians.

The hotel is new, it is nice. But at the end it is about cleaness, room and the food. It was nicely clean. Our room was huge disappointment, very small bedroom with sloping ceiling and two roof windows guaranteed no fresh air during night (too much fly from the roof to have it open), no darkness for night (the curtains didn´t help at all) and due the very low sealing there was impossible to walk into the bed from the other side. We tried to change but apparently hotel was fully booked (haha) for our whole stay. The food seem to have different quality on weekend and during rest of the days. From 5 star hotel I would expect choices of gluten free foods, choices of milk or type of food which is now being favourited. We were not starving at all, but we were not leaving from the restaurant with the thought that we have done something good for our health. And small thought, I am size 38 - I fitted into hotel dressing gown just fine. Hotel has this one size for everybody (as we´ve been told, when tried to change for larger one), but my husband is twice as bigger as I am, he didn't join me in wellness.
