At the same time, we are sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Thank you for highlighting the areas that, in your opinion, require improvement. We understand that waiting times during breakfast, limited late-evening dining options, gym facilities, and overall guest experience can significantly influence the comfort of a stay.
