I stayed at this hotel after an injury, and the staff were so helpful and responsive without being intrusive. I appreciated the excellent breakfast buffet and filtered water on each floor. Some room features were not accessible, like the balcony, and the WiFi was inconsistent. I would definitely stay again.

We found the rooms to be very comfortable. We had adjoining rooms to accommodate our family and it felt spacious. The pool was big. For stays in summer with heat - rooms can get stuffy. But windows open and it was quiet outside. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautifully located, and the staff are excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel's hygiene leaves much to be desired. The room hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed in a while, there were cigarette butts on the balcony, and there was no bottled water, despite numerous mineral water sources nearby. There was water from the dispensers in the hallway, but the carafe was dirty, and the water tasted disgusting. I had to go to Żabka for water. The restaurant menu was sparse.

Szanowny Panie, Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za Pana komentarze dotyczące pobytu w Mercure Jelenia Góra. Otrzymanie opinii jest dla nas bardzo cenne, zwłaszcza kiedy dotyczy ona pracy naszego personelu. Cieszymy się, ze docenił Pan również nasza lokalizację. Jednoczesnie przykro mi z powodu opisanego stanu czystości balkonu, zachęcam by w przypadku kolejnych rezerwacji natychmiast zgłaszać wszelkie niedogodności naszej obsłudze. Jestem przekonany, że w opisanej sytuacji natychmiast pojawiła się Pani Pokojowa by usunąć wspomniane zaniedbanie. Chciałbym również poinformować, że wczoraj w naszej restauracji miała premierę nowa, bardziej rozbudowana i kolorowa karta menu, w której napewno znajdzie Pan coś dla siebie. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za podzielenie się z nami Pana opinią i mamy nadzieję, że kolejny pobyt w naszym hotelu będzie już w pełni przyjemny i udany. For a smaller town three-star hotel, this was actually a pleasant surprise. Of course, this is not a luxury, modern, or newly renovated property — it’s more of a mountain support-town hotel, and you can tell the building is a bit older. Still, everything was very well maintained and the staff provided genuinely good service throughout our stay. As an Accor ALL Gold member, we received an upgrade to a superior room along with a small amenities kit, which was a nice touch. The team was very attentive and helpful overall. In terms of value for money, the hotel delivers very well for what it proposes. The main downside for me was the welcome drink policy, which was limited to wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options only. A bit restrictive in my opinion. Overall, though, this is a very solid cost-benefit option and a good choice if you are passing through the region.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, using the sauna and pool in the evening was pretty nice as well! The hotel offers a nice location and starting point for hikes. We didn't enjoy the strong perfume smell as much.

The hotel may not be brand new; however, everything that was supposed to work did work and matched the description. We would especially like to point out how clean everything was, compliments to the staff and management.

Jedyny minus to kolejki do sauny.

I was booking in the app and expected different room. One of the floors is before renovation and rooms are tired. This should be clearly described in description and price should be different for old rooms. I stayed 4 nights and breakfast didn't change. After 2 days I regret that I booked all nights with breakfast.

Na ten moment pozostaje mi jedynie serdecznie przeprosić za opisane niedogodności. Pozwolę sobie poruszyć temat Pana pobytu z całym managementem hotelu. Zapewniam, że zarówno temat przypisania Panu apartamenu na niewyremontowanym piętrze jak i Pana opinia na temat śniadań czy welcome drinka zostaną na tym spotkaniu poruszone.
