I love mercure hotels, it’s level of comfort and service, but this time I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was only at night when we got to the room, and based on my previous experience I didn’t check the cleanliness because I was happy with it before. Unfortunately, I found quite an amount of hair stuck to the shower head by the ceiling, and there were black stains that looked like a mold. I checked with piece of tissue, which was dirty, and therefore I considered the shower was not cleaned before my arrival. I informed the staff about this in the morning, yet I got an annoyed look and a brief “sorry about that”.

Only 1 elevator in use and it sid not work properly. Breakfast good as always. Some upgrade for rooms needed.

the room key did not work 4 times and the toilet was broken otherwise it was pleasant also too loud for 2 days in morning was hard to sleep
