Overall a very good stay, area was peaceful and quiet, room was comfortable (iron was available on the corridor outside the room). Restaurant was pretty good and with very nice service, breakfast were really good with plenty of choice, especially the locally made meats and sausages were good. Area is great for hiking and running. For a non-polish visitor, lack of smile at the reception might not be perceived well, but this has nothing to do with hospitality.

Very nice room, thanks for the upgrade, good breakfast, nice sauna and warm welcome from Hotel crew. After intensive hiking I needed a time to recover but noisy parties until late night Fri and Sat were overwhelming; didn't even know that hotel is hosting / organizing some big event in front of the hotel. Need to ask next time if any big events are planned during my stay, thought that hotel crew will let you know about it in advance. They didn't

Szanowna Pani Katarzyno, dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoimi uwagami. Dzięki Pani komentarzom udało nam się szybko usunąć niedogodności związane z działaniem telefonu w pokoju. Dziękujemy za opinię na tematy sofy, niebawem wymienimy ją na nową. Przepraszamy za brak pościeli i zapewniamy, że dołożymy wszelkich starań, by takie sytuacje się nie powtarzały.
