There are 3 amazing restaurants which is walking distance from the hotel. With the friendly advice from the friendly staff, i managed to enjoy a gastronomical experience. Proximity to Jalan Riau, Cihampelas and BIP.

Overall: 9/10. For room 829, unfortunately, some road noise could be heard from the room, which slightly affected the peacefulness of the stay. Perhaps the balcony insulation could be improved to help minimise outside noise. After moving to room 801, the experience was significantly better and much more peaceful. The only minor point was that the toilet door closes quite heavily and makes a rather loud sound. A door stopper or soft-close mechanism would be a nice improvement. Overall, I had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay at Pullman Bandung. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the efforts of the team to make my stay comfortable, especially after the room change. Thank you, Pullman Bandung, for a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel last year, this time I stayed again. No better but not worse neither. One thing I’m not familiar to is hotel changed the light of toilet into white light, which looked very cold especially at night. As a returning guest I was assigned a low floor room without any view.

As the best located 5 star hotel in Bandung, the maintenance of the room and building is dissapointing. Smell on corridor, curtain in the room was torn and the view from the room were dirty exterior building. Far from 5 star standard that we expected.

Please review the TV position in room 1618. It was impossible to watch and enjoy anything from the bed as I've never encountered such TV placement. I intentionally chose the room for the bathtub, that we couldn't even use due to yellow water + debris. Hot water supply was poor, both from the sink and tub. And we checked in around 4 PM noon, and didn't get to access the room until twenty minutes later. Overall pretty disappointing.

Had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Bandung! Beautiful room, incredibly welcoming and caring staff, and great food. We stayed to celebrate my birthday and my husband’s birthday, and received thoughtful welcome cake and beautiful mirror art from Mbak Feby and her team. The hotel is very kids-friendly too. The staff were always quick to provide a baby chair wherever we needed one, and even helped prepare a quick meal for our baby. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Bandung! Definitely will come back.

This was one of my most memorable hotel stays in Bandung. As an ALL Gold member, I booked an Executive Room and was delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite, even during a long weekend. The suite was exceptionally spacious, elegant, clean, and comfortable. It featured a large sitting area, a work and dining table, a walk-in wardrobe, a powder room, a bathroom with two sinks, and a beautiful freestanding bathtub by the window. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding personalized service from Euis at the Executive Lounge. She greeted me by name, reminded me before the evening cocktail ended, and personally took excellent care of my family throughout our time at the lounge. When the bathtub drain stopper was not working, she coordinated the engineering visit according to my preferred timing. The issue was resolved promptly, and bath salts were also provided upon request. Her proactive and attentive service made me feel genuinely recognized and valued as an ALL member. The Executive Lounge was comfortable and offered afternoon tea, refreshments, evening cocktails, wine, and a good selection of food. Breakfast at Sadrasa was extensive, and the kitchen happily accommodated my request for a customized omelette with truffle oil. Special thanks also to Chani, who arranged for the lounge’s poached egg avocado toast with salmon to be prepared and delivered directly to my table at Sadrasa. This thoughtful gesture made our breakfast even more memorable. The generous welcome amenities, additional mineral water in glass bottles, and late check-out until 2 PM made the stay even better. The swimming pool was beautiful and relaxing, although the water was quite cold as it is not heated. Thank you to the entire Pullman Bandung Grand Central team for making our family stay so special. The recognition and service went far beyond my expectations. I honestly did not want to check out and will definitely return.

I had a wonderful and memorable stay at Pullman. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive. We were especially touched by the thoughtful anniversary arrangements, including the beautiful mirror art decoration, cake and dessert, and the room upgrade. We choose Pullman Bandung to celebrate our recent 4th year wedding anniversary and our son's 3rd birthday. Guest Relations team have constantly been in touch with us right from the beginning to pre-checkIn to ensure we have a comfortable stay. The team also decorated the room and presented with welcome pastries. It was definitely a memorable part of our stay. The buffet breakfast was a delectable spread and we enjoyed some of the local dishes specially prepared by the chefs. Facilities was also top notch especially the gym. I would say it's one of the most premium hotel gym that I've experienced. Overall, I would definitely be back in Pullman Bandung the next time I'm there.
