Family staycation di Pullman sangat menyenangkan. Semua staff super ramah dari lobby, reception dan tim GRO nya. Ada request bday greeting ternyata selain dpt mirror greeting dari tim GRO dan housekeeping dapat cake surprise juga dari tim GRO mba Feby dan Mita ke room. Anak2 so happy. Mba Naila tim kids club jg helpful dan ramah anak2 betah sekali bermain nya. Tim resto juga service nya oke Next Kalau ke Bandung akan stay di Pullman Bandung lagi 😍

Always a Go-to hotel every time we go to Bandung. Mostly for family events, such as this time for Eid. Spacious room, the team is very agile and full of attention, you and your family will be well taken care of here. Kids club is very decent as well as the team thats looking after the kiddos here. Just the swimming pool is rather small but still ok for small kids to swim around. Gym is good and spa is awesome! Had a couple spa package the last time we stayed. Right in front of the hotel is Gasibu Running track for you runners, and walking distance away is Gedung sate. Basically location is right at the heart of Bandung. Will always comeback!
