I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bandung and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had. As an Accor Platinum member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary two-category room upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The recognition of loyalty members was greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel's excellent hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities throughout the hotel were excellent, and every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Ms. Chani from the Executive Lounge. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Her excellent service made us feel valued and added a personal touch to our stay. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding hospitality. The Executive Lounge was a great place to relax, and the breakfast was another highlight. There was an impressive variety of food, including Indonesian, Asian, and Western selections, along with fresh fruits, pastries, live cooking stations, and excellent coffee. Everything was delicious and well presented. There were only two minor issues during my stay. The shower water pressure was slightly weak, and the air conditioning system seemed to reset itself to the default temperature after being adjusted, making the room a little too cold during the night. Despite these small inconveniences, they did not diminish the overall experience. Everything else exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. I highly recommend Pullman Bandung to anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely return on my next trip. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. See y'all when i see you 😍
