Overall the room was clean and nice. However, we felt that the accessible room should have at least some furniture where one could keep luggage so that wheelchair person can reach the luggage. Also, water boiler would be a nice addition.

Honestly pretty good. Room was clean but the toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom ala old German gasthauses. Heat didn’t seem to work and the toilet light was on a motion sensor? Else, everything was fine. Location was great for me.

The hotel overall in a perfect location (4’ walk from the closest metro station and tram stop). The staff was very polite! However, despite being two persons staying there, they only had one towel, although when asked they gave us another pair. No hairdryer. They had used (open) toilet paper in the toilet which was not ok for me and my partner. Hand soap almost lasted for our three-night stay. I am not sure if the autonomous heating system worked, but the light buttons surely did not work properly (the ones above the bed).

We usually always pick Ibis hotels for our stays, because we find the price reasonable and we always know what we are getting. This location is great, right outside the hotel is a tram stop that takes you right to the main square. We visited for the Christmas Markets and found this to make our stay here the perfect location. The area felt safe at night walking back to the hotel from the tram stop. The lady who checked us in was fantastic and friendly, even checked us in a little early as our room was ready. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our short trip to Frankfurt, we are very basic travellers and tend to spent most of our time our of the hotel room, so understand these rooms may not be for everyone. As always, great to stay with Ibis and would definitely stay here again, should we find ourselves in Frankfurt again.

Minimal and cosy room in a well-kept hotel with welcoming staff. Breakfast was basic but well furnished, aligned with the price. The only note was that the cleaning team was not aware that it was my check out day so they knocked two times before noon, the maximum time for check out.
