The room was not clean a lot of hair everywhere Ac not working There’s nothing such shower things or mouth wash Not steamer or hairdryer

Regarding the air conditioning, please note that it is centrally regulated and operates effectively when the outside temperature reaches a certain level. As an ibis budget hotel, we provide shower gel in all rooms. Additional items such as a hairdryer or iron can be borrowed free of charge at the reception. In the middle of the night, a stranger walked in our room (as well as in an other room further down the hall). He was completely drunk and inoffensive but when discussing this with the staff in the morning the only answer I got was you must not have closed your door properly. I can assure I closed it properly (It is one of my habits in hotels) and the same with the man in the room across to whom I spoke the same night.

We fully understand that the incident you experienced during the night (the person who entered the room was another hotel guest who was heavily intoxicated and had mistakenly been trying to find his own room) had a significant impact on your overall satisfaction, and we sincerely regret the discomfort and concern this situation caused. We conducted a careful technical review of the door locking system. The lock reading indicated that the 2 doors involved were not fully closed at the time of the incident. Under normal circumstances, it is not technically possible for a guest to open a room door from the outside without a valid key card when the door is completely closed and locked. We understand that this explanation does not take away from how unsettling the experience must have felt. We are also sorry if the initial communication at the front desk did not sufficiently reflect our understanding of your concern. Please be assured that guest safety is a top priority for us, and we take incidents of this nature very seriously. At the same time, we would also like to thank you for positively rating the other aspects of our hotel, which we truly appreciate. I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Frankfurt Ost. The location is great with many restaurants and access to transit. I got the breakfast one day and it was very good. My only complaint is that my room was right above the front desk, and the night desk worker was outside smoking and screaming on his phone which made it impossible for me to sleep the second night. I had to go down there and tell him to stop, which he did. Other than that I had a positive experience.
