We were delighted with the upgrade to our room booking, and both surprised and delighted with the delivery of bubbly in a bucket full of ice with two bubbly glasses for our anniversary. In every aspect of the Sofitel, the staff were pleasant, personable and went out of their way to provide the highest level of service. The chef was outstanding. (Tall, balding man).

So it started with the checkin - the man whose name I have forgotten but had an awesome moustache - was genuinely interested in our reasons for staying and pointed out along the relevant information for our stay The breakfast was ok - but the lounge with the nice snacks on offer was a great and comfortable place
