The hotel is well located for the area I needed but a) old rooms/ old renovation b) absence of ramp front door - so we had to use back door used for delivery close to thrash bins with awful smell (especially unconvenient when you travel with a newborn and need ramp for a stroller) c) breakfast and staff are nice but staff could be more helpful - I was shown ramp when I explicitly asked about it lifting the stroller several times. Also the front door and exterior need some renovation

Staff is super friendly, did not have a good experience for my short 1 night business stay but the ironing setup is janky (small table top ironing table, not super handy for business travel) also I there was no hot water ( there was an incident) when i needed to shower also they have this policy where you need to have a 250€ deposit (and you need either cash or a physical card) except I booked using my vistual business card, so there was this 25min back and forth to figure it out at 12am in the evening, before I good get my room
