All the staff I interacted with went out of their way to make me feel welcome and valued. From initial check-in, to dinner and drinks at the restaurant, and then check-out, all the staff were fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and obviously in a great location for a short one night stay.

Place was like a ghost town - so lifeless. Room 202 single beds were so tiny and not that comfortable - not as good a sleep, as i feel like i was gonna fall off the bed half the time. No usb outlets. I did not think a room upgrade was given for gold status. Over $200 for a stay with no inclusions - they could've at least waived parking fee as there was not a straightout warning at entrance (one side was open while other side had boomgate). Front desk was hardly manned, although the staff that checked me in was pleasant. Bar didn't look open so was not able to avail the welcome drink - not mentioned on check-in. Towels were quite worn out that it was like a loofah when drying oneself.

We appreciate your comments about the king single bed size however there is a USB outlet on the desk. Regarding the parking fees, we understand that clear communication is crucial, and your feedback will be reviewed to enhance our guest information. We are also sorry that you did not have the opportunity to enjoy the bar facilities and the welcome drink which is open from 5pm-10pm every night. Finally, we apologize that the towels did not meet our usual standards, and we will address this matter with the commercial laundry we utilise. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
