I quite enjoyed this stay, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was with the phone not working for room service, but I was able to go down to the lobby and a staff member took my order. I had an early flight, and was able to check out quickly that morning.

Stayed one night as I had an early flight. Staff friendly and courteous. Had dinner in restaurant and was delicious but a bit expensive. Bed comfy. Easy walk to airport.

From the moment you check in until the hotel shuttle picks you up from your return journey there is nothing to fault. Book a Drive & Stay offer and your holiday will be bookended with amazing service. Not only do you have a comfortable, up to date and surprisingly quiet room (considering we were watching fighter jets take off and land at the Airforce base) The Drive & Stay offer also include up to 7 days on site parking and return airport shuttle. The service we experienced from all staff went above and beyond any 5-star hotel we have stayed in. But... we saved the best until last, keep it a secret, we don't want everyone to know... Mach 1, the onsite restaurant was the icing on the cake. One would expect for a restaurant with a "captive audience" just average food, this couldn't be further than the truth... Start with the Bruschetta and you will understand! You will want to order another immediately, but don't as everything else is just as good. If you still have room for dessert, the Rocky Road Cheesecake is next level... Our only regret with the stay, is that the previous time, we didn't eat at Mach 1, however, with 2 future stays booked, we will rectify that! Well done Mercure Williamtown, you are doing Accor proud!

This was the best option after traveling for a month and leaving a smaller airport back home. Short walk to Airport, best nights sleep before a flight I have had in years. Reception Staff friendly and helpful. Good water pressure in spacious shower and excellent room service meals. Highly recommend for the weary traveller.

You clearly advertise on your website a mini bar which you do not supply. I have no idea how you do this legally. You also charge extra $30 for breakfast the website I looked at said buffet? There is no buffet breakfast. The staff are rude. Omelette with nothing in it. And bugs in the bed. You won't see us again. You should probably be reported to asics for false advertising and perhaps health department for kitchen staff with beards so long uncovered. You let accor down soooo badly. 🀢

From reception to comfortable room to dining it's a pleasure to stay at this Mercure. Staff are always friendly and easy to talk to. Reception are accommodating and helpful even though there wasn't an airport facing twin bed room available (I think they are only available on the bush side). Location wise it is off the highway and a good break from highway driving. There is no pool but a good gymnasium. The restaurant serves a good selection of food for dinner and breakfast. There's a separate area for drinks from the bar but drinks, coffee/tea are in the dining area too. It's well worth driving off the highway for.

I had a very relaxing night after a full-packed day. The room is very clean and smelled cool and fresh. Reception staff is welcoming, very professional and accommodating. I wasn't able to try the restaurant because of my limited time. I will stay here again next time.
