We found all the staff to be very helpful and obliging. When we arrived the checking was done in a flash by a very professional, friendly person. Checkout the next morning was also seamless. When we ate at the restaurant the staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was great. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly there was no noise from the aircraft. We were made to feel very welcome during our stay, thank you.

Stay here regularly as FIFO worker, but only due to location. Yet to stay without a problem. Always on minor but when you’re away from home and paying top dollar you would expect smooth stays. Waiting over 1hr for room service with 2 calls chasing - not acceptable Not honour drinks vouchers at check out - not acceptable Having to double check room charges for errors defeats purpose of express checkout On a positive though beds are really comfortable.
