I was surprised that check-in took such a long time. This may be due to very limited check-in desks for such a big hotel (only 2). There was a leak in the room, with dripping keeping me awake at night. It was repaired the next day,

The hotel is generally good, but there are some critical points that need to be addressed. One of them is the lighting in the room, which is terrible. It's super dark, but above average. Another point that deserves attention is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The grout is all moldy, giving the impression of dirt and lack of hygiene. The bathroom sink is too big, taking up space on the counter for personal items, and therefore not offering a good experience for the user, especially for women.

Dirt Room and Furniture not working

I would expect more from a Mercure Hotel. At my arrival the office chair available on the room broke as soon as I set on it. I requested a replacement, and the team brought 2 chairs, and both were on terrible shape and broke - they didn't have a third chair available. Also, the room was quite dirty with dust on all shades, lights, and furniture and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling.
