Great hospitality by all staff especially Beauty in housekeeping. She cleaned our 2 bedroom apartment for 22 days that we stayed. Also all the waiters during the morning buffet were always so helpful with whatever request we had. Will definitely recommend this hotel with Family ✨️

I had a wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality from every department. The front desk offered excellent service with express check-in, making the experience seamless. My room was clean, neat, and cozy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The ambiance in the lobby was warm and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the property. The hotel exceeded my expectations! Impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay! Deberghya from the front office helped me a lot during my check-in and check out process. A huge thanks to him. I will visit again in later times.

The rooms are comfortable. The dining restaurant is good. The reception and service staff are good. Only CABLE TV Channels are available. A premium hotel should have OTT services like Amazon Prime, NETFLIX, Disney Hotstar, etc.
