I am loyalty member with a gold status. I had some requests to accomodate our corporate group ( 5 travellers in 5 rooms ) on the same floor. I had communicated to the hotel via email in advance , but no one responded to the email . Later two days before the stay I got a whatsapp message, I responded to the whatsapp message and again no response. On arrival, neither our requests were noted, nor the rooms were ready. I entered the room at 11PM only to find the Air Conditioning not running and the the room at 26 degrees plus! ( I prefer cold rooms which is noted in my Accor preferences ) . I told the staff and there were like since the room was "unoccupied" that's the default temperature and you will have to wait for the Air Conditioning to cool down the room. It took 2 hours before the room came down to a bearable 23 degress and despite being set at 18 degrees , I didn't go down further :( Our restaurant experience was equally bad! We had arrived late due to a delayed flight so directly headed to the restaurant for dinner and order multiple dishes. We specifically told the staff to bring the items as and when they are ready and not sequence by starter / main course etc. I guess that went to a deaf ear and it took them 1 hour to get dal and roti! . My friend who had ordered the same waited for an hour watching the rest of us eat our food ! Absolutely pathetic, my worst Accor experience ever. Even IBIS is 100x better than this, responsive and efficient staff and fast service!

I am truly sorry that your stay did not begin the way it should have, especially considering your Gold status and the advance communication you had sent regarding your group’s request. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to not receive responses to your email and WhatsApp messages, and to arrive late at night only to find the room not at the desired temperature and not fully ready as per your preferences. This is certainly not the experience we intend to deliver. I also sincerely regret the delay you faced at the restaurant after a long journey. Waiting for an extended period, particularly after clearly mentioning your service preference, would have been frustrating, and I genuinely empathize with you and your friends. Please be assured that your feedback has been carefully noted and shared with the concerned teams. We are addressing the gaps in our pre-arrival communication, room readiness checks, and service coordination to ensure this is not repeated. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. Worst swimming pool ever in a 5 star property. Not so maintained property as well. Not a value for money. Please avoid.

The rooms were good, upkeep well, breakfast could have been better in terms of variety.
