This is my 2nd stay at ibis Outer Ring Road . And I had a great time over here . This hotel is near to my office. Check in and checkout was smooth. All the front desk staff were very helpful specially Hiya Rumpa Abhirup Akshat and Pritksha . They took care of main . And room was also clean. Breakfast was also good. I would like to come back again. Thanks enter hotel staff for making my stay memorable.

I would definitely prefer to stay at Ibis whenever I get a chance. Easy to commute, satisfactory housekeeping team and food was awesome whether it is breakfast or dinner. The team treated well and always ready to serve. Since I am from North India and was able to find people from there as well. I would like to mention Mr. Harsh Sharma for his kindness & humbleness. Guddu from housekeeping and Sanjay from the spiceit restaurant were helpful, the best part about the stay was breakfast, other than that there were some major issues. Very late service, VERY LATE. At times no ones picks up the intercom as well, very bad experience that ways. Also there was a big cockroach in the washroom one day, this is a basic hygiene thing that need to be taken care of. Also, your staff needs to learn basic logical thinking customer experience as well, I don't know the same but she was the person in charge in the morning shift one day and asked 7 of us to sit in one cab, when we had asked to book 2 cabs for 10 people, 4 in one sedan could go easily, and 6 in innova, she didn't let us leave till we had 7 in innova, very rude and unprofessional of her.
