Service from FrontDesk, hosekeeping was not good. Breakfast served was not good in taste and most of the time plates or bowls were not there and when it was there then food item was over. And they say just 2 min and it is not available after 20 mins also.

Small room, and just don't bother with the breakfast

I've never had a smaller room for the price I paid here (even in other star hotels), but I can let that slide. Room itself was comfortable and well lit and well supplied. The restaurant, however, is a different story (and I say this as someone who is generally very low-fuss). Stayed for three days (with breakfast). There was no silverware or water glasses/bottle on the tables without asking them, no bowls on any of the days (you had to ask them and they would get it from inside), and had to ask for refills for food items on two days out of three. In the spirit of fairness, here are the positives - good ambience for the restaurant, and the number of items on the buffet was pretty impressive. Food quality was good. If I stay again, it will likely be just the accommodation.

Issues were dealt with immediately, ie issue with an item in the room, as well as issue in the gym. thank you. The staff at the restaurant found it difficult to bring drinking water to the table. I had to ask several times on multiple occassions.

Staff was very friendly and supportive, when we brought friends together, when one of us had a birthday, even when someone throwed up after being drunk. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes Couldn't have loved the stay more.

1. Struggled for Internet 2. Tried 100 times to call housekeeping but not connected single time also 3. Need to ask everything when you need. No mandatory goodies are not available when I reached in room. 4. Entertainment was very poor. 5. Every day, they didn't put the water bottle in the room. You need to call & ask. 6. No proper Restaurant. Very few choices & prices are too high. We cant consider IBIS as a hotel. 7. They take full payment at the time of check-in the hotel without seeing room facilities. So, you have no choice to change the hotel. Completely Fraude. If you check-in in this hotel, you will fall in the trap. Don't go there... 7. Worst service... Never choose IBIS in future

Good reps at the front desk who were willing to help out with all queries and help required. Good choice of food at the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner. However the room was not completely great - bedsheets/towels were yellowing and not looking clean. Also the table for working on the laptop was too small.

Although a short stay, was happy with majority of services. Minor issue that can be ironed out: 1. Co-ordination between Restaurant shifts - Had called the restaurant in the night to keep certain Jain items in breakfast. The person answering the board line had assured the same. To my surprise, the morning shift came back to me stating they were uniformed about the request. Although they made up for it by promptly arranging for something. What Clicked: 1. Disposable containers used for packing food. Never seen this anywhere. A good Go-Green initiative that should be implemented. Big thumbs up for this. 2. A special ironing room 3. Polite and helping staff Overall it was good. But can be better.
