Double/King/queen beds don’t exist

I’m a gold member and staying very frequently at the same branch. No matter how many times i request or how early the booking is made, they never give a queen size bed. They have stitched two mattresses together and can that a double bed. The mattresses sink at the joint and end up causing pain in back, shoulder & neck. This is ridiculous.

BOOKED 3 QUEEN BED ROOMS, RECEIVED 2 TWIN BED and 1 QUEEN BED. CHECK IN TOOK OVER 20 mins at 12 30am. Bathroom QUALITY WAS BELOW PAR. ROOM ACCESS SCANNERS IN ELEVATORS AND DOOR HANDLES ARE BELOW PAR AND TAKES ABOUT 4-5 MINUTES AND 20 DIFFERENT TRIES TO WORK. BREAKFAST WAS AVERAGE WITH LOCAL DISHES BEING PREPARED WELL. SOUNDPROOFING IS ABSOLUTELY 0 and YOU CAN HEAR OUTSIDE AND THE NEXT DOOR ROOMS ABSOLUTELY CLEARLY. TERRIBLE. TO TOP IT ALL, NO RECOGNITION OF ACCOR ALL GOLD MEMBERSHIP. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, I WOULD RATHER PAY A LITTLE EXTRA FOR BETTER OPTIONS NEARBY.
