I was originally supposed to stay at Novotel; however, due to some issues, my booking was cancelled. I was struggling to manage the situation through emails and calls with the agents. In the meantime, Kuve got in touch with me and assisted me with my stay at ibis, as I decided to stay there instead. She was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. She patiently explained the points system, how I could make the most of my points, and even helped me download the app on my mobile. Her assistance made a big difference and was truly appreciated. When I was leaving, Kajal, Somya, and Chef Pradeep wished me a safe journey and surprised me with a cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my stay truly memorable. I also really enjoyed the food during my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I sincerely appreciate the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable.
