The breakfast menu had very limited options for South Indian cuisine. The quality of the idli served was also disappointing, both in terms of taste and texture. The coffee quality was similarly below expectations. I would repeat my earlier recommendations improving the quality and taste of these items and including more South Indian breakfast/dinner options to better cater to guests’ preferences.

I had a very pleasant stay at iBis. the Staff in Restaurant as well as the relationship manager was very attentive. I enjoyed the gym facilities and food. The relationship manager was very attentive and was pleasant to talk to and he was also particular about cleanliness.

I've stayed at Ibis several times, and this visit was below average, especially where staff interactions was involved, could be because of peak season or just my stars. In contrast, I recall Ibis Hitec City Hyderabad for great staff interaction, at Ibis ORR a couple of restaurant staff stood out positively. One thoughtful touch was the three small snack jars provided in the room. Arriving at 1 a.m., tired and hungry, they were the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea before bed. The room experience, however, was disappointing. Having previously faced issues with Ibis queen beds separating during the night, I specifically requested a king bed, only to find a mattress that sagged significantly and made for an uncomfortable sleep. Additionally, the sanitaryware did not appear thoroughly clean, raising concerns about housekeeping standards. & while it didn't matter to me, I think Ibis should also re-think what they are playing on TV on loop. Same advert over & over wherever your eye lands.
