Only one issue - when I ordered dinner, there was a miscommunication from my office on paying the bill at checkout. The person at the reception was really stubborn for me to come down and pay despite me saying I can clarify this later. I got it clarified with in room dining and started eating, and later got a call, while eating, to come clear the bill. I told the gentleman that I can come clarify later but he was adamant on going right now - which I believe is not the right way to treat a guest. Goes against hospitality.
