This particular IBIS is costlier than other IBIS and also doesn't offer that level of service. The housekeeping starts knocking the door at 9 am, in other accor hotels I have never seen this. In my booking 2 complimentary beer was there, I had to go to reception, ask for coupon everyday , get the beer from bar area and carry it to my room, never seen this in any other hotel. If it is complimentary and house keeping is coming everyday he/she should keep it in fridge. The staff in resturant area were not very friendly, in the morning there is no glass or plate or even tissue paper and have to explicitly ask for those items.
