I stayed at ibis Hebbal for two weeks, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. The room was of a decent size and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with Manyata Tech Park within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Although my overall experience was excellent and I would rate it 10/10, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement: It would be helpful to provide tissues in the rooms as a standard amenity. The fruit juice served during breakfast tasted artificial. Serving fresh fruit juice would further enhance the breakfast experience. The room door closing mechanism shuts the door quite quickly and loudly. I could often hear neighboring room doors closing, especially during the night. A soft-closing mechanism would help reduce the noise and improve guest comfort. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and appreciate the hospitality provided by the hotel staff.

Noise isolation between rooms is insufficient and maintenance is low. I had failing switches, stains in a wall and the software of the TV behaving oddly. On the other hand staff is incredibly nice and helpful and food quality and price rather good (except that they have no clue what a fried egg is and deliver an omelette instead). Quite convenient location but as for September 2026 there is construction work that makes hotel access difficult.

Hotel with good pricing and quite clean. However encounter some issue during the stay, first the live tv have no signal across my stay, inform hotel and they send technician, promise to look into it and get back to me but never do so. There was a floor thumping sound at the last night of stay, call receptionist and promise to check and get back. Also never come back after that, so the thumping sound last until midnight. During checkout, the staff wanted to charge me laundry fees although during check in they say is free, until I brought out the written benifit then they agree to not collect. Overall the hotel is ok, but the staffs need retraining.

Disappointing Stay – Subpar Service & Communication Lapses ​I recently stayed at ibis Bengaluru Hebbal expecting the same high standard of hospitality I experienced during my previous stay at ibis Hyderabad, but unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations. ​Food & Beverage: The F&B service was very poor. Staff seemed unattentive, lacked warmth, and there was a noticeable absence of smiles or basic table care. I shared this feedback directly with Varun during my stay. ​Housekeeping & Room Amenities: Simple requests required multiple follow-ups. Towels took far too long to arrive. Furthermore, I requested room cleaning before leaving for 1.5 hours, only to return and find it completely forgotten—forcing staff to clean while we were in the room. ​Maintenance & Facilities Issues: Upon check-in, maintenance replaced the AC filter but left the AC duct wide open. Despite reporting this in the morning, guest service only resolved it by the evening. Additionally, housekeeping used something to wedge the room door open during cleaning, which damaged the door closer. When I reported that the door would no longer close or open properly, guest service outright denied it was possible. I had to record and send video proof just to get someone to inspect it, and even then, help arrived after a significant delay. ​Highlights: ​Varun was exceptional throughout our stay. He stepped in to manage breakfast operations when the F&B team dropped the ball, even though it wasn't his direct responsibility. ​The welcome drinks were also a nice touch. ​Overall, there is a clear breakdown in communication and operational efficiency across guest service, housekeeping, and maintenance. I expected much better service and hope management takes this feedback seriously to address these gaps.

My experience was bad because I was called at 4.30 AM, 4.45 AM and 6.30 AM asked me to change room in the morning. I never asked for early morning wake up alert.
