Overall it was ok. Some observations: 1) I have stayed here a few times on business trips hence selected it for a leisure trip this time with spouse. 2) The rooms are ok for single occupancy but cramped for a couple. 3) Some of the food portions are excessive and good enough for 3/4 people which leads to wastage. Some calibration is needed. 4) My wife suffered from stomach pain and an upset tummy after a breakfast and had to take antibiotics. We skipped most breakfasts after that. Pls. review your hygiene practices, esp. the raw fruits, chutneys etc.

The electricity of the hotel kept going and after reporting as well there was no response from the hotel staff. At times the electricity was off for close to a minute.

Firstly my check-in time was 10am. I reached at 9:30am and just checked if I can complete the check-in process. They said my booking id will reflect on system at 10am only. I waited and checked at 10am, they said they are working on it. . .i waited and waited, at 10:30am they gave me the key. I places an order for food from inhouse restaurant via qr code scanning. After 30min when i called them and checker, they said "ohhhh yaaa, i see we haven't picked your order yet, sorry for the delay" and they asked me to wait for 15-20min more. So overall, response time is very slow.

You should never have had to wait beyond your confirmed check-in time, especially after already being at the hotel and ready to proceed with the process. An in-house dining request should not be overlooked, and it is our responsibility to monitor QR-code orders carefully.
