I booked the room for 3days but I had an emergency at home so had to check out on 2nd day itself. I informed the staff a day prior but they didn't refund my money rather the make staff raised his voice and was very rude - I felt unsafe and so I chose not to argue and let them keep my money for free. Very inhuman behaviour. Ridiculous hotel and unsafe staff

we stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms. Check-in was smooth and the service was good. AC temperature was cold and we complained, it was attended to and taken care.
