Please know that we genuinely do appreciate your comments and I am deeply disappointed to learn that we did not meet your expectations. My sincere apologies for the discomfort you faced during your stay, although I understand that an apology doesn't undo the situation, I would like to assure you that this level of service is not a norm at our hotel and is definitely not reflective of what we strive to provide to our guests. I have personally checked your reservation and found that the amount that is highlighted was a pre authorization that was taken on the card which was only a block. The same has been released back to your card. Since it was a block, you would not receive any update about the refund. I have also made a note of the breakfast experience and counselled the Head Chef as well. We will ensure that the breakfast experience will be worked on and ensure such feedback would not come up again. I do hope you will afford us another opportunity to serve you in the future . I personally assure you once again you will not find a reason to regret it. I thank you once again for your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back very soon.
