Firstly my check-in time was 10am. I reached at 9:30am and just checked if I can complete the check-in process. They said my booking id will reflect on system at 10am only. I waited and checked at 10am, they said they are working on it. . .i waited and waited, at 10:30am they gave me the key. I places an order for food from inhouse restaurant via qr code scanning. After 30min when i called them and checker, they said "ohhhh yaaa, i see we haven't picked your order yet, sorry for the delay" and they asked me to wait for 15-20min more. So overall, response time is very slow.

You should never have had to wait beyond your confirmed check-in time, especially after already being at the hotel and ready to proceed with the process. We are reviewing this matter with our front office team to ensure bookings are updated promptly and guests are checked in smoothly and on time. I am equally sorry for the delay with your food order. An in-house dining request should not be overlooked, and it is our responsibility to monitor QR-code orders carefully. The fact that your order was not picked up until you called is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We are reinforcing communication protocols between the restaurant and front office teams to prevent such lapses. Your time is valuable, and you deserved a much more seamless experience. Based upon my worst experience with IBIS for my 6 night corporate booking, I'll give my feedback to my employer to re-consider their tie up with IBIS. I would never recommend any of my colleague to ever book for any IBIS.

Dear Pawan B., Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I am truly sorry to learn about the extremely disappointing experience you faced during your stay. What you have described is unacceptable and far below the standards of hospitality we aim to deliver. Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort caused by the room size, bathroom layout, and the issues you encountered with our service standards. Your concerns regarding the charge for an empty plate are also noted, and we will be reviewing this policy immediately to ensure it is fair and guest-friendly. The incident involving your chocolates is especially troubling. I have personally investigated on the issues as well. I would wish to inform you that all perishable items left by the guests in the room are stored in the Lost & Found department only for 24hrs as per the standard policies. However, in your case, I understand that the information passed on to you initially was incorrect but was later confirmed by the Duty Manager to you about the safe keeping of the chocolates. I have enquired the same with the staffs as well who confirmed that the chocolates were handed over to you upon your return to the hotel later during the day and were requested to recheck the items. Please be rest assured, under no circumstances are guest belongings taken by staffs at any given point. The same has been verified as well. In regards to the breakfast, the reservation received was for a no breakfast rate and hence the package was not included during your stay. I understand that this has caused a lot of discomfort to you and we sincerely apologize for the same. Everything is great except the drainage system in washroom,washroom tends to stink often
