Despite being in the centre of the city, the hotel was quiet, peaceful and very comfortable

Check-in was a bit longer than expected. may be because staff was new as she was checking for certian things with another staff member who was attendign anotehr customer. That is OK. Rooms were excellent. People were nice. So, I would give 5/5 rating till then. But the whole thing came crashing with breakfast. Note that food leaves more impact than anything else. Indian food (Idli, wada uttappam) were hard. Even Parota was bad. Looked as if they were brought from outside and kept for long time.Continenatl food was mainly sugar-loaded.

Ibis City Centre, Bengaluru is perfect place to stay. Both, for business and leisure. Rooms are good Clean and nice. Food is great in Roof top KA 01 and restaurants Spice It. Breakfast buffet is nice and tasty Spread. Most important... Wonderful People. I have been visiting almost from inception.

Your Door man. Biblop ( If I remember his name correct ) Punjab guy. You need people like him to give soul at your lobby. All your receptionist doesn't look up who is passing in front of you, Nice hotel with NO soul @ lobby. Your housekeeping is so attentive . ( Don't Remember his name , Guy)
