Ibis hotel in it’s worst condition better to take oyo rooms

Please don’T. take any hotels by its brand name, this hotel is IBIS hotel with below OYO Rooms features. Bathrooms were made off Photocabin. Whole bathroom is made off fiber products. No space in bathroom, I experienced my stay as labour who is staying in desert. Floor carpets where full off dusty. Not even a calling bells in room. Sofa inside rooms where made in 90s designs which we don’T. expect in IBIS hotel brand. Staffs behaviour is very good. Dont trust any hotels by its brand name.

reception staff is not fully aware on how to handle the client . Totally frustrating experience while checkout . Team has called in after to complete the payment else extra charges wil be incured however morning while leaving for office i asked at reception desk that if i need to pay now or i can comeback and complete the checkout process. And i have already vacated the room and kept my luggage at hotel reception. Even after getting the confirm i got call in between to complete the payment. If it was required they could have updated me and i would have completed the payment and then went to office
