Decent Stay

Thank you for the decent stay. The people were all smiles (beginning from Kaushik Reddy in FO, Nantu in F&B, Aishwarya in F&B, Ratan in Housekeeping, to Birajit at the exit). It was wonderful to see & speak to Nantu too. He's better at his work now. The room was quite decent too. The only concern was the cleanliness of coffee mugs & glass tumblers in the room. I wasn't sure that there wouldn't be the mini refrigerator in the room too. Neither was there any sticker left behind mentioning the reason about the removal of the said fridge. Anyway, the view made up for it. The breakfast buffet was good and Aishwarya ensured that I had a really good one each day. She's quite a hostess & also knows how to engage with guests. I wish her my very best. I was a little surprised about not being approached by some of the members of the staff whom I'd met during my earlier stays. The late check-out (whether it was because of my ALL Status or any other reason) made it quite easy for me to relax & pack my bags especially because I'd been quite busy moving about town during the previous day. Thank you for that.

The stay in the hotel was good. Food in the restaurant was of good quality and taste. The room upkeep and maintenance including the quality of linen was satisfactory. However, there appears to be some issues with the hotel's reservation system. The check-in time is much above normal since the hotel's system has not captured all the reservations from various channels, with the result that the guests are often told that their reservations are not there. I have to show them the email confirmation based on which they subsequently are able to locate my reservation. This may be attended to. Rest of all the other factors in connection with the stay are satisfactory.
