I had a totally bad experience at this hotel. I officially booked a room for 2 members via Agoda well in advance. However, once we reached the hotel, the front desk completely changed the terms. They dishonestly claimed that the booking was only valid for one person and that they could not accommodate the second guest without an outrageous extra fee. We had to argue and show our official booking confirmation before they finally backed down and confirmed it. To make matters worse, I had specifically booked a room with a single queen bed, but they gave us a room with two independent twin beds instead.

As discussed over the call, there was an oversight from the Front Office team during the check-in process regarding the occupancy details, and we regret the confusion caused. Regarding the bedding preference, we understand that you had requested a queen bed. However, due to the hotel being fully occupied at the time of your arrival, we were unable to accommodate the request and had to provide a twin-bed room as per booking We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Your feedback has been shared with the concerned Front Office team, and necessary corrective measures are being taken to ensure such situations are handled more efficiently in the future.
