Good property amidst city center but poor service from staff. only 1 service person for servicing entire restaurant which is quite big in size, 1 person doing billing & invoicing and 1 more person available for services to guests. (EX - Bread toasts falling behind the toaster due to improper tray placement but nobody taking heed as guests were standing clueless). Washrooms had no body lotion & hair moisturizer as their hanging arrangements had come-off and hence they eliminated the bottles from the washroom itself, rather fixing the issue. The printer in the lobby didn't worked and nobody was aware as how to make it work or take prints over the same. Had to call reception thrice for sending water refill and received the same after 35-40 mins , that too after calling thrice. Buffet breakfast has limited or minimal choice for north indian food options and food preparation was also not worth the try as food looked ill-prepared. Found IBIS Bengaluru the worst of all IBIS hotels I have stayed in so far, like Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, etc.

The room was small and the bathroom was tiny, felt like it was plastic box. the food was average. AC was not powerful enough, when I called the Reception at night there was no one to answer the call to help.
