Our room/floor was being taken care of by Munmuni and she did a phenomenal job in cleaning our room and keeping it done up. She was always available to take care of our requirements and did it very pleasingly. Wish her all the very best in her career and may she get promoted to take on higher responsibilities in the hotel.

The hotel was very well maintained with all the required services and the staff were always on their to help us and we had a great time staying at Ibis hotel. Specialized the housekeeping person binod was excellent service and friendly person.food quality also good.

Experience was not good....Rooms were small and Bathroom did not have space to even take bath properly. Also services were very slow when asked for need reminder several times.
