Upon reviewing the booking, we noted that the reservation was made for single occupancy. As per hotel policy, additional charges are applicable for extra occupants. However, understanding your concern and in the interest of guest satisfaction, the additional occupancy charges were waived on a courtesy basis. We regret that this was not communicated to you in a manner that reflected the warm and welcoming hospitality that we strive to provide. We are also sorry to learn that you experienced a wait at the reception and felt that the interaction with our team did not meet the service standards expected from us.
