Stayed for a few days for a family visit around the New Year. Very helpful staff - they communicated well about our airport transfer via WhatsApp (helpful since I don't have a Indian phone number) as well as requests during our stay. We hosted a dinner for large group in the buffet and the restaurant staff were very helpful, our family had a great time.

I stayed for 2 weeks and it was an amazing experience, Very good food and Clean rooms. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The service at the buffet restaurant was also really good. I wanted to make a special mention for some of the staff: Prasanta from House keeping, Nutan, Chachal, Sumant, Sobina, Aditya, and Sapna from the restaurant team.

We had a great stay at Novotel Outer Ring Rd Bangalore. They even helped us arrange transportation from the airport and had great communication about the pick up via WhatsApp since we did not have Indian phone numbers. The front desk and restaurant staff were really helpful. We hosted a family gathering and it was very easy

We stayed for 14 days with our 2 pet dogs here. Right from the reception staff, waiting staff to the cleaning staff, everyone we met were extremely professional and pleasant. Special mention to Bhavya, Nuthan, Kshijit who went out of their way at every turn to make our stay more special. 10/10 recommended especially while traveling with pets.
