Novotel has comfortable rooms -- nice firm beds, adequate space, ok number of plug points, a smart tv, a nice coffee machine in the room -- overall a clean, comfortable stay. Ok room service, excellent housekeeping. It has a adequate gym, a bit congested, but its open 24/7. Breakfast buffet spread is ok, service excellent. A shoutout to Shobina, Hariomm, Ankul and Bhaviya who incessantly catered for my every request. My Thanks to them and the service staff.

This Novotel Stay confirms my theory that Novotels across the country are nothing but overcharging cramped rooms reseller. The breakfast menu is 85% same day on day. Stay was ok ok. What I did not like was that the rooms that they are not noise proof. I could hear the phone from the other room. The room had another door, perhaps linked to another room, which felt very insecure.

Just "Fantastic". The hotel staff, right from reception, helpdesk, in-dine experience to the house keeping staff, all were super supportive, courteous and accomodative to any specific requests. Food, meals and drinks were as expected and well prepared.
