I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 11 days, and I truly cannot express how special my experience was. From the very beginning, the buffet staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care created an atmosphere where I felt not just like a guest, but like part of a family. Every day I felt comfortable, happy, and truly looked after, their smiles and attentiveness meant so much to me, and I honestly already miss them. I'll really like to give my special thanks to Sobina, Bhavya, Toufique, Ankul, Pravesh and Chanchal. I would also like to give a special mention to Shayonika one of the reception staff members, who helped me during an urgent situation. Her support, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a difficult moment much easier, and I am deeply grateful for her help.

Great experience. Great atmosphere. Great ambiance. All the staff very polite and hospitable. My 6.5 year old boy enjoyed a lot. He enjoyed the company of the staff of the buffet zone. They were very cordial. Great hospitality. Great great experience.

I booked my stay at the Novotel outer-ring-road bengaluru using my 1+1 complimentary stay and purchased a additional package for half-board for the full 2 day stay. Now your billing staff was adamant in saying half board is valid for 1day and I have pay 2nd day breakfast + dinner bill. Purchased voucher is clearly saying about the additional payment for the full stay.
