The food was delightful, with personal care from Chef Deba making it even more special. The spreads for South Indian, Indian, and Western cuisines were impressive, and the pancakes and dosa were exceptional. However, service speed could improve, as waiting 15 minutes for a fork was inconvenient. Kudos to the kitchen team! Short lady wearing black coat was shouting & arguing with team mate near buffet area was something uncomfortable to see in such morning session . Avoid such conflicts for the hotel reputation .

It was my first time in Novotel Outer Ring Road and really had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and cleanliness was properly maintained. Breakfast spread was 5 out of 5. Mysore trip was really great properly planned. Service was great.

Starting from the checkin till checkout everything was flawless rooms were maintained properly though smaller in size but comfortable. Food served was delicious and hygienic. Everything was good. Local transport was also great thanks for the package.

I had 2 stays this month (Dec 4th to 6th and Dec 8th to 12th). I had very poor experience with the restaurant service. 1. Veg and Non Veg food is served with same hand without using Tongs (i have complained to Aditya - restaurant manager). 2. Every one in the restaurant appears very busy, however no one attends to guests like me to provide a glass of drinking water. 3. Cockroaches in the room (1524 number), needs deep cleaning.
