The bed, room, and sleep quality was great. However, the bathroom was always stinking and so were the towels. Water will flow around the sink all the time. After shower the bathroom used to flood, not because of poor drainage but just that the water would get out of the shower area. I told this at the reception at the time of check out. Now they expected me to tell all this during my stay: please understand that after a long working day, I want to get back to the hotel to relax and not give feedback to the hotel staff and then wait for them to come and sort it out and take more time. The hotel doesn't have to learn at my expense. I already paid a good room rent, but what I got was completely not expected.

Breakfast spread good and excellent dining staff. Bath towels were stinking the last day Had a parcel collected by reception which they could not locate at night and fortunately gave to me in the morning.

I was pleasantly surprise by the professionalism by the staff. particularly at the restaurant, I was pleased with the service. Although, room needs renovation and looks old but other then that, no issues.
