I recently had a wonderful stay at Nobotel and wanted to share my experience. The room was so comfortable and relaxing, I really enjoyed it. And the room service was top-notch, exceeding all my expectations. I especially appreciated the prompt and friendly service from the staff. When I called to the hotel from the number available on the hotel confirmation page and also available on the google map number, it did not work. Room size is same even if you go for executive category. The shower room is not there inside is the spa room and is located too far with no privacy. Spa lady spoke very rudely when I asked to change the package. They booked the spa package with out confirming me. My stay was for two days but the laundry service provided only for one day. The premium lounge service was not properly communicated. I reached at around 6 pm and told the receptionist that I’m very hungry and would like to place the order. the receptionist should have told about the free snack available at the premium lounge but she chose to say that you can do in room dining which is cost basis with some 20% discount. The office drop service was a shared service so I wasted 10 mins in the morning for another drop. I requested for slipper but it was not provided. The pool changing room, the floor was too slippery I slipped and almost broke my shoulder. They should have mat on the floor. Breakfast food was good but service was not that great. for live counter after multiple request I didn’t get the item
