My experience is just ok but not fully satisfied, they are not maintaining as 5* star hotel like Radisson or Marriott etc...

Well Located but practically untrained staff all around the hotel

I had a really tough time dealing with the front desk guys, seemed like trainees on the job with no knowledge of the systems at all. List of places where my experience went foul: 1. Check-in - Didn't take my Accor membership number. 2. My key had stopped working 3 times in single night's stay and the staff was amazingly discourteous (Can't blame if you hire trainees) 3. Cleaners - Asked me fetch the coffee mugs from the pool side where I had my evening coffee mentioning that these cups are not supposed to move out of the room and it is my responsibility. NEVER HEARD SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN MY WHOLE LIFE. 4. Dinning experience - Even though the dinning experience was amazing, the person billing didn't know or understand how to use my Accor membership against the bill. I had asked atleast 3 times to check if I am eligible for any discount for dinning here, I was assured that it will be automatically taken care while they bill me to the room 5. Check out- I had to ask again if all the discounts were applied for my stay and dinning and I was confirmed the same. It was me after seeing the physciall invoice that no discount was applied. After pointing out, the so called trainees needed to call their manager who took good 20 minutes just to figure out and apply discount. I must say, I had great experience dealing with the staff at this hotel
