Long story short, staying at this hotel was the highlight of my vacation and I strongly recommend you stay here and take some time to talk to the incredible people who work here. As a Tourist traveling to India for the first time, I found this to be the perfect experience. The hotel was big enough to feel comfortable, but small enough to feel intimate. Never have I experienced such hospitality and kindness. I spent a good amount of time in their lounge drinking my new found favorite beer, Kingfisher Ultra, and I want to shout out and thank Deepak the lounge manager as well as Arbind (experienced professional new to the company) and Miss Jerusa (a very kind intern). The three of them spent the time talking to me and sharing a bit about themselves. Honestly, I wish I was still hanging out with them instead of writing this review at the airport. From the front desk and guest services, I want to thank Miss Puja, Jagadish (who has 7 names), Nihal, and Harish as well as everyone else who greeted, helped me, received my many deliveries, and replaced my many lost keys. Lastly, I want to call out the excellent restaurant, there were so many people there to thank but unfortunately I wasn't able to capture everyone’s names so this is not an all inclusive list. Miss Sushmeli, Miss Sodina, Kecha, and Rohan were all excellent hosts and service professionals. The food was excellent, their service was unrivaled, and the experience was memorable. I need to give a very special thank you to Miss Sodina (Maybe Sobina), who took extra care to make sure I was okay when I wasn’t feeling well. She was absolutely wonderful and a huge help in making sure my stubbornness didn't get the better of me. I didn't see many sights on my short trip to Bangalore, but I made many friends. Thank you to all I met at the Novotel, I hope to return soon and wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart.

Your employees are very nice and the service is good and fast. Food has good variety and is very tasty. I found the rooms quite shabby and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, especially in the shower area - corners, lower part of walls etc. The mattress is too soft and the pillows too hard.

Rooms perfect: Big silent rooms, fresh bottlewater every day, all very clean, good room service Very good Breakfast: Broad choice of food, even if you come at the end of the breakfast window Service: Breakfast service chaotic, you are asked three times by three different persons, what you want to drink. At the end it is a lottory, if you get anything or if you even get your order multiple times. Sometimes you are asked many times and get your coffee only after 20 min after you complaned personally. Sametimes you end up with several cups of coffee. This should be improved.
