I arrived on early Saturday morning and was given room 1115. While going to the room, I noted strong chemical smell and I thought it was from carpet cleaning. On Tuesday afternoon I noticed that the repair work included use of strong glue and the smell at that time was unbearable. I requested for a room change immediately. My question is: 1) Why there was no notice placed in the room about on-going repair work 2) I don’t think it was safe and irresponsible to host guests on level 1 when repair work with string chemicals was being done This is a significant oversight from the hotel. I hope to receive explanation on why guests were placed on this floor

Rooms a bit shabby, laundry expensive, but a fine place to travel to the local tech parks from. Some great staff, some strange ones (looking at you pool guy who takes his job too seriously).
