Two areas which needs to worked on . TV in the room was not working , the technician came and took 30 mins to sort out and the same issue re-occur next day. IN room service needs to improve , had order dinner and was delivered without any plate . Again i need to call and wait for few mins to get the plate which should not happen at this level.

I'd like to call out the professional and courteous service by Hariomm, Sumant, Agastya, Toufique, Ankul and Sapana. Chef Pradeep went the extra mile to accommodate any special requests, with ease> At reception, Jenson and Jojo also ensured that I received regular updates regarding laundry and ensured that my stay was comfortable. Novotel has comfortable rooms -- nice firm beds, adequate space, ok number of plug points, a smart tv, a nice coffee machine in the room -- overall a clean, comfortable stay. Ok room service, excellent housekeeping. It has a adequate gym, a bit congested, but its open 24/7. Breakfast buffet spread is ok, service excellent. A shoutout to Shobina, Hariomm, Ankul and Bhaviya who incessantly catered for my every request. My Thanks to them and the service staff.
