So my booking had complimentary breakfast included, however since I have my breakfast little late at my office, I asked the staff if they can exchange that with dinner but they clearly refused to do it by quoting some price difference, although the price of dinner buffet was less and almost close to breakfast buffet only. I had stayed at Ibis last time and they were able to accommodate that, so i am not sure whats so different with Novotel. Anyways this changed the experience of my entire stay and I do Not think i will stay in Novotel again. If being in hospitality business you cant be this hospitable and flexible to guest then its disappointing.
