The Verandah restaurant was the standout though with the quality and variety of options being excellent. This was matched by all of the staff who went above and beyond when helping Would happily stay again if visiting. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet delicious food tast😋 Thank for the restaurant staff...😊☺️🙂

The room was great and the service superb. The only issue I had was with the poor wifi signal when using my laptop. My phone had no issues though. All my requests have been satisfied very fast, I am impressed with the quality. I will definitely choose Grand Mercure in the future.

Stayed here for a business trip in Bangalore. It was comfortable stay. The Junior Suite room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed had just the right amount of firmness and softness. Feedback: Bathroom ceiling could be cleaner. Breakfast options felt a little limited.

The place is one of the best for hosting events. The place looks spo beautiful in the evening near the pool and decor. The cherry on the cake is the food & the service. The food prepared by chef sharsh & team and the service taken care by shubam, tukuna & team was very well managed. I will truly recommend this place to everyone.
