We had a comfortable stay and were upgraded to 2BHK suite. Thanks to the staff: Aneesha, Soumya, Niang, Debolina for their warmth. Gerald and Pradyuman helped with the reservation related queries. The property does not offer much in terms of amenities and is compact without much outdoor walking space. Good for a weekend stay due to its location.

For the price I paid and the pictures posted online, I assumed a higher quality of hotel. The room itself was dirty. We had to get the staff the remove mushrooms from the bathroom. The walls were also dirty and scruffier up. Paint peeling from the walls at places. Just wasn’t a clean room. Felt more of an average service apartment than a hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful - that’s the only positive about the hotel, but that really table stakes when it comes to hotels all over India.

This is my second stay the Grand Mercure and I've really enjoyed coming here both times. I'm on a business trip all the way from San Francisco, so it's great to find a hotel that makes you feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. Shout out to my room attendant, Shivji, for keeping my room clean and helping me feel at home.

We visit this hotel twice and it's strongly recommended! We found a very clean studio and a wonderful suite, very confortable. The staff is very nice and helpfull and the food is good in The Verandah restaurand and n the pool bar. The pool is clean and nice to have a rest.
