Amazing week’s stay with my family of 4 (kids aged 10 & 12) also my elderly parents (75 & 80) staff couldn’t do enough for us, restaurant & cleaning staff in particular. Went the extra mile over Christmas and decorated a Christmas tree with lights in our room. Food was lovely and varied every day and reception were helpful organising taxis for us.

We had a very comfortable stay for 15 days and truly enjoyed our time here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff was helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Housekeeping did a great job every day . Thanks to Shiv JI for make our stay more comfortable and making room every day and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and welcoming.
