I had the most comfortable and lovely stay at grand mercure from 13-16 Feb. The room was very beautiful and clean with a balcony and kitchen. Mohnish had helped me with all the bookings from the very start and was very courteous and helpful in taking care of my needs. I hope to visit again and will surely recommend people in my circle to book their stay at your hotel in case they visit bengaluru.

Hotel was in heart of the city. Fully sanitised. Staff members were helpful. I stated for one night. Food was good and reasonably priced. Kitchen is pile of you are travelling with family. Balcony was also there.

The rooms are bright and airy. The balcony was a bonus. The location was little trickier because somebody without a map would have to ask multiple times for the correct turn. Keeping that apart, I just loved the room and the kitchen.

It was a ok stay with Grand Mercure. Breakfast is the worst in the hotel. Food Quality should be a matter of concern. Care with any service is of utmost importance and that does not come when you have a brand to work. That comes from within and no one needs a session for that in their life. Not so great staff work at play. Again I understand this is not a culture this is something a person carries all his life and no one teaches it to anyone. I believe every guy should work for Taj at certain point in his life to understand work ethics. Missed Taj and it’s touch just for the sake of boss, I regret coming and will never come back if given a choice.
