Stayed here for two weeks and had the most comfortable time. On top of the amazing location and immaculate amenities, the service was splendid. The staff is super friendly and helpful, taking care of your smallest needs. Special mentions to Manju from housekeeping, Vilas and Shubham in the kitchen and Avneet at reception for their warmth and ever-helpfulness that made the stay feel very home-like. It made all the difference :)

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure in Koramangala. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish, but the highlight of our visit was definitely our dining experience at *The Veranda*. A special mention goes to *Vikram*, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful while helping us navigate the menu, ensuring we selected the perfect meal. What touched me the most was the genuine care and attention he showed toward my mother; he made sure she was comfortable and well-taken care of throughout the entire evening. It is rare to find such personalized and warm service. Thank you, Vikram, and the entire team, for making our visit so memorable. We will certainly be back!

I really like the way room service does their service Seamlessly🥰 Very much approachable reception members, room service for any queries and requirement👌 The food is really good, I haven't felt like I'm away from my home because of the millet kichadi felt at home😇
