The stay is comfortable and well located in the middle of the city. However, a couple of things diluted that experience. First, there is a small LCD TV in the room which is neither smart, nor has any cable connection. You cannot connect your laptop with hdmi either because the sound quality is very poor. So, if you want to end the day watching some TV in bed, you will not be able to do that. Second, there is a music system in the room but it is old and can only play FM. That means you cannot connect your phone via Bluetooth or aux. Apart from this, the food is good, the service is nice. Room was spacious and comfortable to stay.

I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The hotel room was nice and had everything you need, also the cleaning personal did a great job (Thanks to Venkat). Even though it is in the middle of Bangalore, you do not hear any noises from the street. In addition the people working at the hotel were super helpful and did everything what they could to support for any request.

I enjoyed the stay at Grand Mercure. The hotel is good quality and the staff very nice. Could improve on room cleanliness and on the fact that the restaurante employees come 3 times asking the same thing to me, e.g. coffee
