A special thank you to General Manager Parag Shah, Duty Manager Avneet Singh Dhariwal, Assistant Front Office Manager Saumalya Kundu, Head Chef Vilas, F&B Manager Shubham, and the entire team for their warm hospitality and constant attention to detail. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the food is excellent, and the overall service experience is simply outstanding. Every team member goes the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangalore and looking for a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Really Poor. The worst among the Accor properties I have ever stayed at. The team at dinner area had no idea about welcome drinks. They first gave the entire menu saying apart from imported drinks; all are available. The moment the order was placed, they had unavailability and conditions. We had to remind them thrice about the order since they forgot. To make things worse; the drink had hair in it when served!!!!!
