Very poor check in experience.... Was made to wait for 15 mins to start the process and then allocated smoking room. I rechecked if it was a non smoking room and on assurance, I went to the room only to discover that it was a smoking room. I had to come back all the way to demand a non smoking room. And when I questioned why she allotted me a smoking room in spite of me specifically asking for a non smoking room, I was told that she did it because no other room was available. I had to then insist that I cannot take a smoking room and after another 10 mins I was allotted a non smoking room. All this happened at 2 am.

- Bedsheets were untidy with marks on bedsheets - No toiletries were kept in the room - Next day when request was shared to change the sheets it was not adhered to and even the pillows still had hair and did not seem clean and the same was repeated for the next day aswell - When requested for cutlery in the room at night I was asked to take it by myself to the room despite of having my hands full with other stuff I was not offered to get it sent to the room - Wooden cutlery (Spoon and fork) was given to be taken to the room - Restaurant experience was also bad when asked to give the coffee in a take away cup during breakfast as had to leave but I was first informed that they don't have take way cups and then when insisted the server just came and kept an empty take away cup for me to transfer if coffee from the mug to a take away cup. This is not a kind of service someone expects from a good hotel. - Room toilets were not cleaned properly for the days I was stayed in - Check-out and billing experience was worst as even after requesting at around 8:30 to get bills and other details ready as I had to leave early, the process was completed by 9:45 as the person doing it had no clue around what is to be done and it delayed my meetings which I had to attend as I had to wait for things to get done which was requested well in advance. - Overall an experience which was unsatisfactory and not expected from a brand hotel

The room was very very small, and what to say about the bathroom. And one staff guy named Deepak was very helpful and supportive, he was very generous to help in any kind of issue, he deserves a raise. Breakfast was nice but not the dinner, extremely overpriced and definitely not worth it. Overall average.
