-- Kitchen people denied to give tea in morning @7am, stating that I am alone person in kitchen, wouldnot serve you. -- Change in Room type without my concensus (degraded the room type without any refund of price difference) -- called them and request to make room ready before my arrival (arrived at 12:00 midnight, 12 hours after checkin time ), no cooperation was served.

Very small room and restaurant and menu is not so good

The hotel is not clean. Wash room is dirty and not cleaned properly. Towels provided are so old and worn out which cannot be used. I had to request fresh towel but that is also old and worn out. unfortunately ,I forgot to bring my own towel. Food quality is not upto the mark. I wont recommend and will not stay again. This is booked through my company and next time I will insist not to book this hotel.
