The mattress on the bed is very uncomfortable to have sleep. It's too fluffy and causes bad posture. The food menu doesn't contain normal food like tawa roti and basic delicacies. Ordering special requests also takes time.

Extremely small room for that price and the room service was abysmal. The AC was not working and there isn't even a fan in the room. Overall a horrible experience and never planning tonvisit again.

The reception staff and the restaurant staff was not very helpful. They told that someone will deliver the luggage cart to our room but after waiting for 15min and calling them again they say no you will have to go and pick it up yourself. This should have been conveyed by them actively rather than us calling them after waiting. The restaurant staff was nosy for no reason. They came and told I was not allowed to eat food from my own box when having breakfast from them. I didn’t understand the sense of it. They also refused to heat any outside food , which is not useful since people come to stay for a long time there and they don’t provide microwave in the rooms. Also there room -service has only like 10 things that can be ordered. Lastly the house cleaning staff was very helpful and came to clean the room everyday though the sheets had stains and thus not a great experience.

Badly maintained rooms, house keeping never came to clean my room during my 3 days stay and room was not cleaned earlier as well, breakfast was average.

Worst Property at the price they charged me for.

Its better to book an OYO and stay rather than booking IBIS, one of my worst stays ever at any hotel of this level, rooms are like matchboxes, washroom size is such that not even one person at one time can use it properly, house keeping staff will not reload toiletries daily, extremely pathetic breakfast, if you want to eat something in your room you will have to take a lift every time to go to the L level and collect the cutlery on your own.

The hotel has an excellent staff and provided a very good breakfast. Also, I had ordered room service for dinner as I had reached the hotel at 8 in the evening after a days work and a flight. The restaurant was very helpful and prepared the food as per the level of spiciness which I had asked for. Will definitely stay there again. Tip: If you are going to the Airport, please have about 2 and half hours in hand as the traffic is very congested.

room was okay but too small. even no place to keep your belonging. Also very limited light available in room and also no amenities like tooth brush, shaving kit and other detail. it was average stay in ibis

Nice, enthusiastic front desk. However, housekeeping did not provide 2 towels/soaps for a room. double occupancy. The liquid soap in the bathroom was not filled despite repeated reminders. Good restaurant and room service.
