Had a great staycation at Mercure . Food was excellent and room was spacious . Very courteous staff too ! One area of improvement is loyalty recognition , there was no welcome amenity or explanation of lounge access . But overall excellent stay

Showers were cold. Light switches didn’t work. Didn’t get coffee replaced daily. Power went out multiple times. Room service the day I arrived was a challenge. Asked if I wanted western food vs the curry I ordered. Or was told to wait til breakfast in 2.5 hours. And firstly was told no one was available to take my order.

I have booked the room for my business trip, though the stay was fine, the dinning was good but missed out on basic thing like TV in the room but it was never working.
