Rooms were very good , I didn't had any food and the amenities of the hotel were not up to the mark. Swimming pool was so small and Gaming Lounge was ok ok.

Issue was- we order a lime and water melon juice to room number 723 on 5th Jun 2022 Sunday and it was around 11:30 pm.. watermelon was ok ok but the lime was so bad as I can't even explain which smell like a rotten egg. So we just stop it after single sip. We were not in a mood to to complaint on it since it was so late and we were so tired. So we kept it as it(can check CCTV if you want) and from monday morning we start having troubles with stomach. Since we didn't claim on lime at that night we were unable to raise on this. For next 3 days we were suffering a lot with food poison and not even able to have anything.this was the worst experience we got from grand Mercure.my room number was 730 but I was with my friend in 723 while this.

I along with my colleagues stayed at the Grand Mercure for 4 nights. The property is beautiful and well maintained. However, considering that there are around 50-60 rooms on each floor , more lift lobbies should be made operational, otherwise it becomes a very long walk. We had breakfast and dinner in the Hotel's all day dining restaurant - La Utsav. The food quality is very good and we were impressed by each and every item we tasted. The breakfast spread is lavish and we have a lot of variety to chose from. However, the Ala-Carte options for dinner are limited and there is not much to chose from. Last and most important, the Hotel really needs to improve on their service. Be it during breakfast or dinner, the service is really slow and that too during non-rush hours. This is one part because of which the dining experience becomes dissatisfying despite the food being tasty. Further, I didn't get a chance to use other services at the hotel during this stay, so cannot comment as of now.
