Comfortable stay. Front desk Staff needs to show a bit more courtesy. TV remote was not working.

Swimming pool is small No Sona room Steam room is not complementary like other 5 stars

Water leaked from the window on rainy days. Swimming pool is way too small. People were kind but the concierge people were not professional. It has only one restaurant that does not offer various dishes. Even there i found a small cockroach

Travelled across globe and stayed 52nights inlast5months in all Accor hotel. This is the only hotel where room upgrade with a rule that benefits of room not available to all Accor upgraded rooms further at time of checkout points redeemed were shown as due only after persuasion invoices shown as nil due Swimming pool no staff available

Very welcoming staff, spacious and comfortable rooms and just a great ambience. The location of the hotel is perfect as it offers easy access to plenty of places around Bangalore.
