We had an excellent stay at the Grand Mercure, where we spent four nights. All the staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and always greeted us with a smile. A special mention goes to Wilfred, Ashish, and the rest of the team at La Utsav, who were outstanding and very friendly during breakfast. They consistently checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay at the Grand Mercure again on our future trips.

I recently stayed at Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall, and it was truly an exquisite experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently great—very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A special mention goes to Chef Surendra and Ritikant, who were incredibly accommodating with special menu requests. I was traveling with a group that was not very tolerant of spicy food, and we genuinely appreciated the effort they put into ensuring our meals were enjoyable and suited to our preferences throughout our stay. The restaurant and service staff—Ate, Wilfred, Divya, Vivi, and the rest of the team—were always attentive and helpful during every mealtime and with our daily needs. My room was always kept clean and tidy. The housekeeping supervisor, Jitendra (I hope I got his name right), was especially attentive and proactive, making sure I had everything I needed. He was always just a call away for cleaning, laundry, or any other request, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to the housekeeping team, I was able to enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained room throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant, comfortable, and accommodating three-week stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
