Staff went the extra mile for us. Initial room had a bath with overhead shower. As I am 83, I could not get into the bath safely. My room was changed to a walkin shower very quickly and efficiently. Great meal at Yves. All hotel staff were helpful and pleasant.

The bathroom in room 223 was shabby, with poor drainage / tile fall in the shower, the vanity mixer tap wobbled and the toilet seat looked like it had been painted at some point. The room was generally shabby also and very tired looking decor wise. For the price it was very disappointing.

I was quite disappointed when I was not able to get a family room for my stay. We had to stay in between two rooms. The room was quite small and did not offer many features. Although I do love having foxtel I do wish there were all channels though and I wish I could stream via google.

Stayed on a one night mini get away with partner and overall, the most positive points were that it was extremely well located and had kind staff + very comfortable beds. I also asked for a room away from the railway side and this request was given promptly too. My only points would be the bathrooms need a significant update for the price point and could be more comfortable. Found it to be quite outdated decor wise, particularly for where it is. Has lots of potential. Overall a comfortable stay, stones throw away from everything in Kiama, and very kind staff who made checking in and out very easy and comfortable.

Was disappointed that the type of room that I booked (the same type as I did last year) did not a kitchenette that last year's one had, I had planned to cook a special meal for my wife but since there was no kitchenette the special meal ended up being a non-private BBQ in the local park, where we could not have wine, not the same.

I had a lovely stay! The parking was excellent and very convenient, which made arriving and getting settled in easy. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable, with lovely beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was included and had such a fantastic variety of options — including gluten free. Overall, the stay was really enjoyable and I really appreciated the friendly, comfortable and relaxing experience.

What a lovely surprise! 🥰 The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and we were welcomed with some delicious chocolates and a complimentary margarita, which was such a lovely touch. 🍫🍹 We really appreciated the hospitality and the little extras that made our stay feel special. Although the restaurant was closed the staff provided a printed range of nearby alternatives. They also provided some items on request that weren't the usual provided in the room. The room size was commodious. The location is quiet and in a beautiful location. The view from the dining/breakfast room looks out over Kiama Harbour and is beautiful. The staff were just lovely and couldn't do enough for you.
