We stayed while we attended a concert at Rod Laver and so enjoyed the location of the Hotel. The staff were lovely but the facilities are not 5 stars as advertised on the website. We were very surprised to find our room was run down and tired eg in need of lots of touch painting and shower maintenance. We attended with a baby and with short notice to set up then leave for the concert so didn’t have time to, or want for the effort to, change rooms. A well presented room should be offered initially.
